@iPianoAzn its really just about doing it a lot and getting used to it...after practicing the muscles u need will train themselves...just hold the freeze with 1 hand and the other on fingertips for a long time to train muscle and work on stalling it for balance once ur comfortable with that
I always airchair...the only time i use this is hopping into it on beat kinda like an addition 2 my footwork...spinning sounds dope but im busy w/ other stuff atm i might try it later tho
But yea just keep practicing I went through months of sore wrists lolz...And I took a small break over summer and now I can feel it a little if I practice airchair alot

dang i cant hold a side chair!! lol got any tips? does it help if i like tense my stomach? havnt tried that, i mite tho but got any tips for me?
