keep your hands closer to your feet, that way your balance point is closer and it will a lot easier. after that, just practice getting SUPER good off the stair and then try slowly getting closer and closer to the ground. A dictionary flat on the ground is a good height for inbetween the stair and the ground. hope this helps :)
you have to bring ur hands closer to ur feet when practicing and when ur trying the backwalkover you have to have one leg strait and one bent u should practice on a wall by standing far enough to half-way do ur backbend but still keep one leg strait
