I think it's so it can shunt stone trains around the Merehead site very easily, seeing as it is quite a powerful loco compared to any British shunting loco.
Now that's BAD ASS!!!!!!!!!! Great vid!!!!!!!! The only thing is that I wish they'd dump that diesel loco, and let one of the 9Fs make easy work of that load.
