  • anybody know that movie in the video???

  • great.. what can i say.. kurt will be always different.. with his unique voice.. andhe is a music genius.. i wasnt know that song.. it is great too.. of course it is great, that guy, can not make a bad music.. RIP Kurt Donald Cobain..

  • weird... this sounds nowhere near as good as the one on the nvm box set... they musta restored it something fierce :D

  • coke heAds

  • nice cover but the velvet underground does it better but still cool cover

  • The effects on the guitar makes me really happy. It reminds me of the 90's, the poor sound quality of the charlie Brown voice overs, corny movies, my first house, all my old friends, the musty smell of cigarettes in my living room and not to mention the fact that this song was played a lot around me as a child.

  • the video matches the song so well...

  • @naavvs incredibly nice fitting :)

  • Like if Anonymous brought you here

  • Love this version, even though the quality isn't as good it definitely adds something to the song..

  • i love kurt cobain

  • I love this song. I love it, it's giving so much chills. I love the melody, the mood and Kurts voice. I love the video, i fits so good. Wonderful. I think you don't have to say more. Masterpiece.

  • @justagirl123431 Fuck you. Get the fuck off of nirvana videos if you don't like them, dumb bitch. It's that simple.

  • is this the actual video , or it from a movie?if so,what movie?

  • dare i say better than the original?

  • I love Kurt's voice, it's such a unique voice. People who say that he can't sing are a bunch idiots, he had an iconic voice. He sings with passion, anger, dissatisfaction, grief, regret- he had so much emotion in his voice. He was an original never to be duplicated, he had it all.... This world just wasn't made for him. I'm glad he was here, his music brought comfort to many people.

  • @luisofsuburbia I wouldn't say comfort... but it brought many, different colors to paint my life.

  • @Kokoruto Well his music certainly brought comfort to my life....along with all that you mentioned.

  • @Kokoruto wise words.

  • @Kokoruto ...differents colors...so nice!

  • pure punk alot more raw than the underground. love yhe scarthy beginning to the lil screechy ending. thanks for posting this

  • velvet underground.

  • y cant i get this version on itunes

  • @tacosaregod Itunes sucks. Torrent your music you pussy. :p

  • @tacosaregod yeah pussy

  • @NoNoseProduction is pussy PC?

  • @tacosaregod this is not an official song that is on an album. This is a radio recording (bootleg )from 1991 when they played in Netherlands

  • holy shit was that a crop circle?

  • Very good indeed nirvana was a milestone in music history to say the least no worship needed they just where.

  • Most artists fuck covers up really badly, but Nirvana's covers were always beautiful in their own right.

  • it´s taken from "everything is illuminated" (black/white), but most beautifully...

  • Trabant, Škoda 120... this is official video?

  • Violent Soho and Sam Roberts are both decent bands, and if you actually want to hear a good band that still makes music today, then look them up. The mainstream stuff will die. Why? Because it's mainstream, so it will die for the same reasons that grunge, old fashioned rock n' roll, old fashioned heavy metal, and disco died. I almost don't know what to say on Youtube anymore, since even the "SHUT AND LISTEN!" comments are getting old.

  • i'd bet my dick that kurt got the inspiration to cover this from Nig-Heist

  • @leatherneck0005 you just lost your dick.

  • most beautiful song ever

  • Corporate Music Sucks even more and more.....

    R.I.P. Kurdt Kobain 1967 - 1994

  • jesus you can hear the beatles ..kurt loved john lennon so this for you john ..R.I.P Kurt And R.I.P John

  • Just curious, why is this a different cover than the one provided by itunes? I definitely like this one better (Ideally I wish I could buy your video cause this is an incredible synthesis of music and video) The instrumentals definitely sound truer to a Velvet Underground feel.

  • @marmalloy

WTF!?? This has nothing to do with the boring Velvet?????? I don't get this....

  • @Sneatio "Here She Comes Now" is a Velvet Underground song. Nirvana did a cover version of it. The version available on the With the Lights Out box set, which is available on itunes, is different than this one and I was just wondering why.

  • good cover!

  • Thank you God for blessing us with Kurt Cobain for 27 beautiful years <3

NOW STFU AND ENJOY THE MUSIC

  • Fuck the idiots who say good music is gone. Stop complaining and take a look out there! Sam Roberts is a good band, and they're being neglected by people who won't look any deeper than the very top!

  • @Weraisethenerdyflag I also hate it when people complain about how music sucks. In a couple of years or so people are going to romanticize the events of 00's and ''remember all the good old days of when music was great''. we are all in circles.

  • @joshxip there are similar behaviours in different generations, but we're not "all in circles" we still aren't robots i hope

  • @ghighi2 the 'in circles'' comment was just my pretentious arty way of say some people in each generation have encumber different roles.

  • @joshxip NO NO, lol. The 2000s will never be great. You are GREATLY mistaken. I agree with that logic up until the 2000's. I mean, pop music now is terrible.

  • @thespecter2 is this it, funeral, elephant, post meri weather post pavilion, vekatimest, etc.....

  • Comment removed

  • @joshxip Right, they exist but we mean music that defined a generation. The mainstream. Nirvana made mainstream come to them. These artsy fartsy indies aren't catching mainstream.

  • @thespecter2 my comment does not exempt ANY ''type'' of music of the 2000's era,as long as there was music in that era people with different tastes will miss it and maybe consider it ''the best''.

  • @joshxip That comment was hard to understand. It is comprehendible but I'm not seeing your point.

  • @joshxip I disagree, the shit today is truly Shit...a fair evaluation at any generational level.

  • @pfiberoptik dude have you thought of scratching the surface of music, like I could find Decent shit music from the 80's, and 90's in twenty seconds tops

  • @pfiberoptik but the problem is - there was a hell of a lot of shit back then as well - it was just so shit that it's been forgotten about by now and only the good stuff sticks around - yeah 90% of the charts today are shit but it'll probably get left behind and all we'll remember is the good stuff so we are pretty much going in circles x)

  • @pfiberoptik well you judge the music of today by what's popularized and mass produced, check out some indie bands and prove to me they're not great

  • @joshxip thank you

  • @joshxip yes!

  • @joshxip If the world praises Lil Wayne, Justin Beiber, and Nikki Minaj as classics and pioneers, I have lost hope for humanity.

  • @joshxip but the 2000s sucked at least the beggining and middle it started getting a little good at the end

  • @joshxip you think in 20 years you will look back and say "man, how i miss justin bieber, rhianna, and dubstep" ?nigga please

  • @Numchuck pretty much man, it's a circle. Watch Dazed and Confused and you'll understand the circle. People hated Kiss for selling out and making a disco record, but guess what it's their most memorable songs.

  • @joshxip i know i wont

  • @joshxip probably very true. I remember some of the 90s and a LOT of people said it sucked then.....memories always change with the times.

  • i always have to smile at comments where someone rages about hip-hop, popmusic or that kind of stuff. why not stfu? just let them hear the music that they like and listen yourself to the music that you like. it's so easy and everyone is happy.

  • ya i know it can be tough @ times because we are so subjected to bad music these days but honestly..... im learning to instead feel sorry for them, because to me music is my ultimate freedom its how i express myself ALOT, i TRULY hope i never lose my love for music its a passion that i hope to pass on, music is not about topping the charts or seeing who can make the best song, music to me is alll about having fun & escaping from the pressures of life.... i think kurt said it best NIRVANA

  • It ´s such a good christmas day . bla . Come on Dave , think of one ...

You ´re only causing trouble . bla .

Kurt Cobain shine on . This life is so modest .

  • Great song, Great video

  • TE EXTRAÑAMOS MAESTRO!!! PERROLOCO655@HOTMAIL,COM EDUARDO MUÑOZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • I love Nirvana's music, the grunge is filled with feeling and energy and then you get beautiful songs like this

Me and my friend go to the park and bring one guitar, then in this big group of us like 60 it'll start off with me and my friend and then we will get like 30 people sat around us singing along :)

  • I hear this since i was 10 ! now im 16 and i still LOVE nirvana. Can't imagine better music. Why must i live between fans of Bieber, Taio Cruz and guys like that? .__.

GOD, SEND ME BACK TO THE GOOD OLD AGES :C

  • @sturm478 Our generation has technology that enables us to listen to good music. Besides, even in the "good old ages", there was shitty pop music.

  • There are no good old ages . I do believe that you dwell in some teenage ass kicking

hell . You are a young one , I guess , and you are listening to Nirvana ? You are normal! =)

A little too shy , smart though , not feeling that your existence makes that much of sense yet .

Well , if they don ´t care about you ...Here comes the news : They never will . We , will see them

grow and all of their "grown up" routines . Some people like to waste other peoples feelings .

    Kurt died young

  • @ChiHavalina

    wow...

your third sentence "that your existence makes that much of sense" you get it...

    thank you.

  • @sturm478 I'm 15 and i ask me the same :p

  • clean up before she comes>>>here she comes now

  • @5oodings this is a cover though unfortunately but funny observation haha

  • Take justin Gayber and give us kurb back wtf...

  • if only all 13 year olds...scratch that if all people listened to people like this...what a great world this world would be indeed.....^_^

  • I'm 95 and I don't listen to nowadays music.

  • 1.46 nazi soldier,wtf?

  • I dont know really ... ,I'm still far too young to get into '''arguments'' with some of you , but i like to think that this is what makes this music special...not many people knowing about it ? , Imagine everyone walking down the street & blasting nirvana when half of them still wouldnt understand the meaning of any song they ever wrote/covered , so tell me the truth , would you find your way out in that situation in some other genre ? , I like to think that we found our way out in Kurt , TyKC

  • @GabrieloSylarGray I totally feel the same was as you you're absolutely right (in my opinion). If all the douchy kids at school blasted this in their cars non-stop like they do with lil wayne, I'd get sick of it and try to find a more obscure, yet still talented band

  • troppo bella... its better to smells like

  • Man im so fucked up no one listens to good music anymore i'm surrounded by a ton of bulshitt.......

  • "Oh I am 12 and don't listen to nowadays music"

Saying your that age is only gonna attract pedophiles haha XD

  • @william979 Wow! You're 12? Congrats for being able to tell your own age to people. Want a medal?

  • incredible point Mega. There is great music still coming out now just not on the radio. As we know, popular music by definition sucks. It just means it's popular not good!

  • kurt demuestra con esta rola que es facil pero in igualable

  • Comment removed

  • i prefer this version:

    /watch?v=Mky-yfmoavQ

  • Esas imagenes de qué pelicula es?

    These images, what movie is?

  • The dislike bar is like the cock of Justin Bieber. Hard to see, but it's there.

  • this song is posted exactly 10 years after my birth :D

  • the music at the beginning fits exactly to the note of two guys in their 20s make $103,569 a month, through the internet, on auto-pilot!

  • This song sounds so peaceful

  • @NirvanaFanGermany Its like a chant right?

  • @Derpotomy only toads, 'tards, trolls.

I´d say it is ...sweet . ... Thank you Kurt , for dealing with this crappy people ...

    !)

  • when i look at comments on that commercial mainstream bullshit it seems like the people have down syndrome but when i look at the comments on real music videos the comments are intellectual, I feel so sorry for the kids these days, there litterally getting dumbed down from todays music.

  • @a1rjord4n im 12, but i dnt listen to fukin pop, just nirvana all day, im sad i couldnt see kurt forealzz

    :D

  • @a1rjord4n i aint.......i feel bad for all u fucks who dont recognize the ones who aint dumbed down. and try to talk on behalf of all the "kids these days"

  • @stapes617 Obviously there willl the the odd kid who has decent commen sense and good taste in music and what not, dont be offended i wasnt generalizing the whole population but im saying atleast 90 percent of kids dont know SHIT.

  • @a1rjord4n I'm one of the ten. Fuck my generation dude haha.

  • @a1rjord4n

    Yes, you're right, but there are some intelligent kids / teenagers too ( ;

  • @a1rjord4n Nah, I like nirvana I'm 15, a few of my friends are into them and some other good music. Most of us know our good music. Theres loads of people like us and we far outnumber the groups you see who overhype on soicetys shit music besides, if we wanted to put on our sheep coats we could. Its better they dont know.

  • @a1rjord4n I am 13 and like grunge, punk and heavy metal from 60's-90's rock type is what I like. I like modern grunge to but that's the onlu modern music Iike.

  • @a1rjord4n you MUST get thumbs up :D

  • @a1rjord4n i ve noticed that to its not that i wont hang out with people who listen to todays music but they are just not as "deep thinkin" as people who listen to good music and thats the kind of people i wanna be around with smart :p not in the way of good at school and stuff but well yeah i don't know how to explain it just thinking about life and stuff

  • @a1rjord4n I dunno. I mean I'm fifteen and my favorites are Nirvana and The Velvet Underground. I think it's always been like this. If you think about it, I'm sure some kid in the 90s was listening to Frank Sinatra and thinking that Nirvana was all bullshit.

  • @a1rjord4n unfortunately , it's not only music the problem....

  • @LongviewGD182 lol what i really meant was thought, a comment like yours for instance would never be found on a beyonce or lmfao video..

  • @LongviewGD182 Thank you! It's on every single video that's 5-10 years old and back.

  • @LongviewGD182 never looked at comments as if they represent all of humanities, i think they are just kids or something. Have faith in humanity!!

  • @LongviewGD182 usually, when people say music today is shit, it means they're settled with listening to the same music over and over and are too lazy to find some actually great bands that are around these days. I am proud of being able to listen to Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Muse, Biffy Clyro, Cage the Elephant and many other great bands no matter when they made their music!

  • @LongviewGD182 You forget the "I love this and I'm just twelve because real music doesn't die" or "I normally just listen to genre x, but this is an awesome song of genre y" comments. These piss me off the most.

  • @LongviewGD182 today does suck though.

  • @LongviewGD182

The fact that your comment is the second highest rated gives some measure of hope for humanity.

  • @LongviewGD182 Oh man, and not to mention the ever prominent psuedo-intellectual posting his godly observations.

  • @Inutero98541 I see what you did there

  • @Inutero98541 Do you seriously talk like that in everyday life? If so, than I admire you.

    It's spelled "pseudo" btw.

  • @LongviewGD182 And theres ppl like you who hate on everything from that list. The ultimate hipster-haters.STFU and enjoy the lagend...

  • @FlyinHigh2Dsky Lawl. Seriously man, I'm not hating on anyone. I'm just responding to someone who said comments are intellectual. Stop being so cynical. Now, I will STFU and enjoy the "lagend" (w/e that may be)

  • @LongviewGD182 Sure, you do that. And correcting someones grammar will not make your IQ bigger,it will only show that you care to do so because you want to make other look foolish thereby raising you own ego,so I conclude you have some complexes and problems of your own & that your IQ is equivalent to your shoe number. For example English is my 3 language, and I do not very much care about grammar when talking to ppl who do what you do.Try to think about what I said. And sincerely, have a good life :)

  • @FlyinHigh2Dsky Coolstorybro

    tell it again

  • @LongviewGD182 and you're above everyone else with your intellectualism, right?

  • @PSPISOGAME Oh, for the love of... I will go ahead and delete that comment, because I'm tired of getting messages from cynical dickheads, who for some reason think I am trying to look smarter everyone else

  • Nirvana + VU = WIN!

  • i would die right now to listen to this when it was made.

  • Kurt did a good job with any song he covered.

  • Great video editing too. I've frequently found psychedelia in Nirvana's music.

  • @IncendiaryFlux 2 words for you.... RISE AGAINST!!

  • 24 haven't seen her come yet!

  • @TheNirvanaisgod LMAO!

  • more like age of shitty technology, all they do is try to fit more memory into shit and try to make everything touch screen. Technology these days are making people lazy. any how, Nirvana ftw.

  • We didn't lose good music? what are we listening right now??

  • @MegaTrojanvirus

We didnt lose good music, but we lost the singer :(.

  • @MegaTrojanvirus i'm not sure but i think was the same back then. we need a new generation, i'm sick of the basics, the bad correct music. nowdays on mtv or radio. i'm still hoping for better days.

  • And me ... I just love this video .

No need to tell . . . where pictures like these would come from .

  • @MegaTrojanvirus there are loads of good bands. but if you turn mtv on and expect to listen to good music...

  • @radgejihadi If it is, dont blame it on Nirvana because this is a cover

  • I've never heard this one before. Some enlighten me!!!

  • Probably Grunge was the only good thing nthe 90's. Time is allways the same, when it's over it seems so much better than it was. But don't compare the NOW with the Past, the NOW will lose cause we do not remeber de little shit things that made us than angry. Our brain works like that. so enjoy the now and listen to music whenever she was writen. it's the only timemichine

  • whats the video from?

  • this has been what i really needed this week. ive already put in 60 hours with another day to go and i needed something abstract and off the beaten path to put things in line for me. from begining to end, this video and song relaxed me.

  • fools, back in the 90s most were complaining about music being bad just like they are now... enlighten yourselves.

  • @jamesarongray I never knew anyone complaining about the music in the 90's. We were too busy rocking out to the great music.

  • @JeffroTV What planet were u on, i remember people bitching about how horrible music had become and that it was a sad era for rock music. not to forget the bad techno and billy ray cyrus crap... how soon people tend to forget.

  • @jamesarongray

    lies

  • @slanten123 in every lie there is an element of truth.

  • @IncendiaryFlux If we lost good music how come youre listening to it right now stupid face.. daum-ass

  • @IncendiaryFlux There is actually good music out there, you just gotta check it out... have you ever listened to something like The Gaslight Anthem or American sixgun, for example? They're pretty new and quite good...

  • SICK! 90'S Forever.

  • Nirvana + Velvet Underground = WIN!!!!!!!

  • 90's will remain as the decade of good music.

  • @IncendiaryFlux dont blame technology....its our fault there isnt any good music out there because we havent made it yet

  • Love the "dancing chicken bit". By the way the video content is quite brilliant too i think! Great fit to the music!!! thanks video guy...!
