I think this song is dedicated to Freddy Mercury, since she has a mustache and the setting more eclectic just like Freddy would do. Beautiful song, in one interview she was arguing that Freddy was happy even though he died tragically, thus the mood of the song is like a bit happy, but ironic in the same time. Zemfira is a huge talent.

My friend Vladimir had passed. At age of 21. Not of AIDS, but he was lost at sea. Anyways, he told me that he LOVED this song. I looked up the lyrics, and i told him. "Dude, you know this song is about AIDS, right?" He says "Yeah, I know. I jsut really love music, I don't care for meaning." That is one thing I will miss of him. His love for music.
