  • I really don't understand remakes. with time, it kinda makes sense, if the movie is old, but why not see the original swedish, or french, or japanese films. Liek with the ring or grudge. I mean, of course you can, and i have nothing against that, but i think it would be nice to also see the original, or see it first. Seeing jsut the remake, feels liek you arent getting the full expierience

  • @TheLolbot3000 North Americans aren't very much fans of subtitling movies, or at least with quality, I guess, I heard the biggest complaint about the Subtitled swedish version was that the translation lost part of the original dialogue meaning/quality.

  • if Dakota Fanning was Abby??

    ummmm, no.

  • @wanderlust342 Then Owen would be sharing an 18 year old girl. awkward.

  • @Hinoirocks I ment I don't really like Dakota Fanning's work..

  • if u wana watch 4 free go on dis web trust me movie2k.to/

  • The American version isn't nearly as good. Within three min. of watching Let Me In, I was inundated with Christianity, American Propaganda, and sexism.

  • @ame6603 It is a little..or, a lot cliche..but..that's pretty much what Americans do in crappy towns. It sucks, but I can relate (sexism? hm..)

  • @Hinoirocks Yes, I suppose small American towns are all American Pie and Jesus. It's just too bad to see them add it to the storyline of a good Scandinavian Film. I found it sexist because unlike the original version, where they called the boy "pig" to put him down, the American version referred to him as "girl", as if that's such a bad thing to be. It's more of that American macho-man bull-shit. The girl in the American version also said, "I'm strong *for a girl*."

  • @ame6603 I do think LTROI is the better film, but, again, this is in New Mexico. In the 80's, No less. I only experienced the tail-end of it, and macho was the thing, so I can't really imagine it any other way, but, they could've left in the eli-as-a-boy plot(Abner?)So yeah, it is macho-man bullshit.(I was kind of suprised no one used the word "faggot", really), but I don't think it glorified such attitudes.

  • @Hinoirocks You're right. It wasn't blatant, I don't think. Most Americans probably wouldn't have even noticed.

  • @ame6603 I shouldn't spam this page too much more, but if you would like to discuss the nuances of either film, the We, The Infected forum is pretty great. My name there is Layer11

  • @ame6603 I believe you missed what they were doing with the "little girl" thing. You are right that the bullies considered that a put-down and that even Owen didn't believe a "girl" could help him. But guess who despenses justice at the end and saves the day? A "little girl". That's a nice little touch they were able to add since Abby is a girl in LMI.

  • They made the trailer look a bit stupid, seriously though, don't judge it now, just rent or "buy" the movie, and I guarentee you'll love it! I do! :D

  • i like the book to but the care taker harken is a total peddo

  • @zombiekiller350 he was her caretaker she has been on earth 200 years he fell head over heels for her just like owen

  • ik the story is done i just rilly wish that lindquevist would right a continuation of let me in and then a second movie could b made

  • @Thatscrubkid so true! lol

  • yeah but think about it, Owen ends up like the dude that appeared to be her father lol............he's fuckin whipped

  • @ThatScrubKid haha thought the same thing that other dude must have been the child love from 30 years ago or something but a great movie dont realy like watching thoes kinda movies tho because i cant stop thinking about how the story "could" of ended so annouying xD

  • How sweet was this movie? I loved it. I normally hate vampire romances, such as Twilight, but this one is a real vampire romance. Twi-shit can't compare.

  • originals are almost always better

  • @zoroisabeast If that was true, we would get progressively worse at everything we do over time and be living under rocks.

  • @ThePutupafight i said almost always

  • very good story i love it especially when young and fall for each other

  • Wow i hate all the people who are like "they stole the idea" or " the original was better"

First of all they didn't 'steel' the idea (other wise this film wouldn't have been made)

And second, this film is based on the book and not a 'remake' of the 'original' movie. It was never ment to be a remake. The American version (in my opinion) stayed closer to the book. Both of these movies shine in their own way and are both outstanding. So stop complaining.

  • @saraswotibasnet tell me tell me tell me ! :D

  • holy crap that is scary

  • Ahhh Kodi .. i don't like him -___-

  • How can people hate this film, its the same story nothing changed, just the actors and the language but that's all. I just finished watching the swedish version of this and it was still an amazing movie. I cant say that I hated this version of it.

  • I have not seen the swedish films but if they were as well done as this ome I shall have to see it. And I do not really like horror fils but this one as I have said is really good.

  • im american and im disappointed..........

  • I meet the person that write the book yester day, we was on the same camp:)

  • Comment 666 on a vampire movie wow that's more creepy than the movie.

  • Awesome movie, I liked "let the right one in" and "let me in" is as good as the swedish version, so I love both <33

But I noticed that the scene at 2:43 wasn't in the movie... looks like Abby had to leave Owen's bed because the sun came :O

  • @xMissKatherine1864x jea they miss that bit would have made a great thriller part i was kinda sad at the end of the movies actors done a great job

  • she is hot really she more hot in the movie nothing more hot dont u think

  • she is hot really she more hot in the movie

  • This movie looks spectacular!!!! Sucks i didnt c it in theatres!!!

  • @ThisGirlsLife21 I know! It was soooo good! I didn't expect that at all.

  • Wow now I'm probably gonna watch it!!!!

  • If its Cloverfield... HELL YEAH IM IN!

  • i saw this! my dad just randomly downloaded it so i had no clue what it was gonna be like! and its really amazing! its so different! id say if i did hear what it was about id be like "vampire?" ehh nahhh :/ ... but seriously id recommend this movie to anyone

  • låt den rätte komma in (let the right one in) is better!!!!!!

  • I liked both versions of the swedish film, Let the right one in and the american remake Let me in, as well. I think both films we're well done, entertaining, and a fresh, new, thrilling idea of a horror movie. I usually don't like vampire films, but these two movies we're great in my opinion. Better than that twilight shit, lol.

  • @MavalocKing5050 twilight fucking sucks

  • @MavalocKing5050 I just want to know what you guys mean by both versions of the swedish films? Isnt "let the right one in" the swedish version and "let me in" the american version? I know there both based on a swedish novel..

  • the trailer is better then the film :L but Dylan Minnette is hot :P

  • @Angibbe Did u know that he was in the Clique.

  • @EmilyBlack01 oh thats where i know him from! ::D thanks! :D

  • @Angibbe Your welcome. I gotta admit, when he was in the film he reminded me of Gibby from Icarly.

  • @EmilyBlack01 yea he was small and chubby :P and now its like offt! :D haha

  • Comment removed

  • @Angibbe Since he's grown, I think he should play young Gale or just Cato from The Hunger Games.

  • @Angibbe The scene in the locker room where they came back from swimming was disturbing

  • how long did we wait for a serious vampire movie without a seducive mid-twenty-to-mid-thirty-guy who makes ppl have an o.... while he killes them by drinking their blood

didn't see it yet but the trailer makes me want to

  • Comment removed

  • shut up

  • The movie is pure masterpiece... Such a beautiful film and an amazing video on filmsi.co.cc. Some stuff I hadn't thought of and are very interesting! Every time I watch this movie I see things differently. Well done!!

  • @jojitahness same lol its such a good movie i watched it three times in a row

  • @BMXKINGZZ same here

  • My first reaction to this movie was "What the hell? Didn't they even try to make things different?". To me it seems like they tried to find almost exactly the same actors as in the original Swedish one - so to claim that its a remake of the book, is just like a big old joke. I wish Hollywood would have spent their money on making "new" movies, not remaking ones that are as beautiful as "Let the right one in". The quiet, blistering cool feeling to it - "Let the right one in" just stays with you.

  • @cirrepirre Writing and making good new movies requires inspiration, talent and dedication, not just the desire to make a quick buck. A curse that seems to plague Hollywood.

  • To all those morons out there going "BAWWW AMERICA IS SUX!! SWEDISH IS BTTE3R!! Don't just say that the Swedish version was better. Explain just what it was about the Swedish version that you thought was better. Because seeing both movies I saw very little difference. They were both well shot , with good acting, and the remake was more faithful to the novel.

  • lol 1:48 so creepy

  • fucking pakis

  • Yes, there are good remakes. But this one is no match for the Swedish original.

  • Was it really necessary? It's just a crap version. The swedish one is way better than this.

  • @19Hast what is the name of the swedish version?

  • @Apolo1428 It's Låt den rätte komma in

    :)

  • why do they have to ruin the good movies?

  • even by simply watching the trailer I can see that the original one is way better!

  • movie sucks

  • @MrDahunter47 That is just you're opinion. Let Me In in was praised by the critics.

  • that movie sucks

  • zof31091

because we can't understand what the fuck they're saying.

  • this sucks, swedish version is better, greetings from spain

  • Why to hell do Americans need all the blood, murder, screams and so much sickness in their movies??? Hatchet, Saw, Wrong Turn - all the paranoid sickness with no story trying to get its audience to shit in their pants. Even a horror movie can be really good without this blood-n-slash hysteria, but no, USA audience loves it when people are teared ans hacked away.

    Dear US-audience, WTF???!!!

Sincerely, the rest of the World.

  • @Protherium

9/11 times of course! we are fighting against terrorists and those movies are reflections of this times especially on terrorists like Abu Ghariub being tortured on film, guantamalo bay and more. Sort of like in the 70's the horror movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Last House on The Left, Wizard of Gore and more were reflections of Vietnam. What's wrong with mirroring Vietnam or 9/11 on film?

  • @oljakissarimig

What do you think of 3 Men and a Baby, The Ring, Magnificent Seven, True Lies, Solaryis and other Americanized remakes?

  • Why do Americans have to Americanize everything???It was perfect in the original version, I don't get it!Can't they just enjoy a foreigner movie?

  • ughs. It's the asshole kid from the road.

  • @CelticKraut If you don't like this movie then don't bother leaving a fucking comment you cunt. Let Me In is just as good as the original.Fuck all you haters!!!

  • @melovetorun I'll comment on your stupid shit all day little fascist cunt! The original is a sack of trash too I bet.

  • It's not the greatest matter in the movie, but what really bothers me is that the whole character of Eli feels ruined. Eli was originally supposed to be a sickly pale, quiet girl with long raven black hair. She is a child, but still you can feel something like a shadow behind her. The swedish Eli was a bit of a disapointment, but I love her compared to this one.

  • i fuckin love this movie :)

  • @staredition GO SWEDEN !!

  • @staredition I like both (: Alot.

  • @staredition Care to explain just what you found better about Let The Right One In. I guess you liked it because LMI didn't have a sutured vagina for your tastes.

  • OMG HITGIRL!!

but no, swedish version's better imo

  • This was much better than the Swedish version. The actors can actually act for one thing. Kodi and Chloe are epic!

  • I saw both the American and the Swedish version. The Swedish version was alot better!

  • There was an earnestness and authenticity to the story that really touched me on moovis.co.cc. I found myself really caring about the characters and, in the end, it proved to be a genuinely poignant tale. If that wasn't enough, it was also funny. There was a cleverness and wit to the film that caught me off guard and made me laugh.

  • I love this movie it,s one of the best horr movies I EVER SEEN WITH A LOVE STORY

  • BEST MOVIE!

  • 0:54 skip the bitch

  • ... I'n thirteen and from Sweden and the original swedish Movie "låt den rätta komma in" is so Mutch scarrier Than this one seem to bee.... And the Guy that is helping the girl does also look scarrier in the swedish film xD // paintdragoness

  • useless remake...ruined the sweedish movie..and that main actor - the boy sorry for the language but he is retard, this isn't thw first movie i've seen with him ant he always drags down the movie..

  • @lov3jazz You scared me for a second there. I had to go check my copy of LTROI to see if LMI had "ruined" it. (eye roll) The first movie is still good. Just because the remake is better that doesn't mean the first one got "ruined".

  • i hated the movie

  • Wow, how original. Heia Sverige!

  • Wanted a better ending :'(

  • good movie

  • eeeeeehhhh not deat scary

  • @TBeautyXO No it's not you fucking hipster. This is so superior to the Swedish Film (that's right not the "ORIGINAL"). The acting is more refined and sincere, the characters are portrayed far better, the cinematography is much more fitting to the atmosphere, the narrative is expanded far greater in this one. Let me in > Let the Right One In. This is a re-imagining of the novel not the Swedish film. GTFO hipster.

  • @TBeautyXO so they wont get sued.

  • Swedish Version is better!!!

  • 0:53 to skip the annoying bitch,

  • Comment removed

  • "GIRL" XD

  • got both versions ending same

  • for free-movie-download-click-my channel-for-tutorial

  • magnifique c'est tout

  • the movie came actually from morrissey's music. song "let the right one slip in"

love that the swedish author is a fan of morrissey!!

  • I loved this movie. Not only did it scare the shit out of me, but it kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the whole thing. Let Me In is the shit.

  • for the swedish version watch "let the right one in". This movie is based on it!!!

  • the original version is much better

  • so i film about a gil who kills innocent people........ ?

also at 2:43 i noticed they were in the same bed but she was wearing a shirt right ?

  • Why Americans have to remake every foreign movie !?

  • fuck fuck the movie is the fuck!!

  • Total almost 100% scene for scene rip off of the swedish LET THE RIGHT ONE IN from only 2 years ago people, dont waste your time with this hollyood cash in, watch the original & best.

LET THE RIGHT ONE IN - 60 International awards & worldwide critical acclaim.

LET ME IN - Hollywood ( hollowood ) rehash cash in 0 awards 0 credability.

  • @shotgunshawzy "Let me in" was received very well by both critics and viewers, what in God's name are you talking about? It's not a remake,it is just reimagining of the book. Its not based on "Let the right one in" and it was never supposed to be a remake,or a rehash or anything like that-you would've known that if you actually have seen the movie and heard the director's commentary. The director just wanted to show his vision of the book-nothing wrong with that.

  • its a jackal jackal jackal jackal its a jackal a jackal

  • Now be no more disappointed with the poor quality online movies... Watch all your desired movies at malifilmici.co.cc!!! This has got to be rocking...! Just try it people!

  • This may be the most intelligent action film you will ever see. I already saw the movie online because I don't have cinema in my city. Where at moovi.co.cc best site I tell you.

  • I was told the movie was horrible, good thing I've never listened to anyones critique. With all the vampire overload going on this film was refreshingly simple, and a great story.

  • i didn't think that I would like this movie becouse it's not my thing...but I was so wrong...I saw it yesterday on moovi.co.cc and I must admit I loved it...

  • The original is better, but this film is just fine. I liked the original so much that I felt pissed when America stole the idea. And it did STEAL the idea. I felt betrayed and I'm sure all the people involved in the original felt that way to. You don't remake great movies. You don't take away the lime light from movies that deserved it and achieved it with a low budget. It's in lamest terms " A dick Move".

  • @ProRanting Actually, the Swedish producers of LTROI were out trying to sell the rights before LTROI was even released.

THEY are the ones that thought it should be remade. They tried American studios first...and finally a BRITISH studio bought the rights (Hammer is NOT an American studio)

  • i wanna be let in on her

  • let the right one in, is the real version, and thats really the best movie ever, and a lot better than the american one

  • These films are so good!! But these films even still hit a sore spot and make my eyes water sometimes... Come to moovi.co.cc and try to view it!

  • soo what is she?..a vampire?...

  • my bad READAPTATION

  • @halloweenfriday more-movies-to-download-free on my website click-my-channel for-tutorial

  • I'm just about to watch it now. I think people should watch movies for themselves instead of judging it. I don't believe in reading reviews because we all have different tastes. Some might like it and others won't. It's a personal choice.

  • @Lindajh84 Movie is great. Youll like it.

  • @i7fan LOL Thanks...So far so good...

  • also its by a british company called Hammer Productions that was filmed in America

  • Can some one tell me if i should watch this.

  • @coldheartd17 Don't watch Let me in. Watch Let the Right one in. It's fucking good and I'm picky.

  • @coldheartd17 watch let me in. to the people who said this is a remake... you are all stupid its another adaption to the book let the right one in.
