  • Rockabilly!!

  • dude i saw this guitar on warmoth.com it was my favorite soloist i saw on there.

  • Ok, I get it! You're good!... Now quit trying to show off and try instead to find a heart and soul of the song. This take reminds me of an American Idol contestant, trying to get in all the tricks inside of 2 mins. (I play gtr too by the way... but I'm prob better at criticizing others than I am at playing :-)

  • how did you get the black sharkfin inlays? i don't think warmoth carries those, did you order it from jackson?

  • Man I love the sound of the V2, I have a marshall Vintage modern 50 watt head, and that v2 just sounds like the vintage modern, but on crack lol. Its hot roding the hot rod haha , nice playing man :)

  • Very cool, Spalted Maple is the shit for sure :)

    Which Bareknuckle pickups is it?

  • Fender & Schecter Guitar's are the best hands down

  • @allemonjoy No.

  • @allemonjoy lol

  • ltd 1000 series are pretty good imo.

  • Don't listen to these guys. Keep the Confederate flag flying!!! And the dimebag-style bluesy metal solo! I don't understand what makes asshole liberals think the rebel flag represents racism. It's all about the south all the time and has never meant anything remotely racist, so fuck off you elitist assholes!!!

  • @skogenburzum

sorry to burst your bubble but the confederate flag was flown by those whom believed so heartily in their prejudice ways that they went to war over it and damn near killed a third of the U.S population so they could enslave others. Not to mention the thousands of ex slaves they killed after the government passed the laws setting them free. Oh right and the radical KKK was also bred from the same flag flying region. I lived in Bama for 3 years, dont spill that bullshit.

  • @sr1129 HOLY FUCK What dip shit you are. Read some real history man. Slavery was an issue on both sides at the time of the civil war. The north made it about slavery AFTER the war. Your precious de-slaver Abe said "I am not now, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social or political equality of the white and black races." and "I am in favor of assigning the superior position to the white man." Slavery was an issue across the board. The issue was about money. READ A BOOK

  • SLOW DOWN.

    This is slow blues!

    Not a metal solo

  • Dude you got pinch-harmonics nailed. Like, kick ass tone on those dude. Rock on

  • Walrath

  • What's up with the confederate flag?

  • how much did it cost in total for warmoth to make this?

  • cool, sexy, wild, raw & killer looking spalted maple top on the body!

    resonant mahogany/maple combination.

    very successful warmoth guitar project!

  • that's like blablabla what the fuck r u saying though?

  • haha gary moore!

  • A little bit too agressive. Love the body, the neck has got too much inlay. Koa top?

  • Ha ha the back track really doesn't suit your playing style, (it's very metal like with a hint of blues, nice combo)but you made it work..

    Props, 5/5 i like originality!

  • that spalted maple top looks beautiful :)

    Cheers !!

  • Love the guitar and the playing.

Not my taste in flags, though :)

  • did that guitar come put together well? were you happy with it? i was thinking about getting a custom warmoth.

  • Nice rebel flag you redneck idiot.

  • dude relax

  • calm the fuck down

  • wow man insane.

  • fuckin sweet

  • your pinch harmonics rule

  • i want that backing track

  • it's realy good! it is!

  • 2 things, you are good, and your gutiar is beautiful :D jackson style for the win :D

actually i was going ot buy a warmoth also :D now i see your guitar im really hesitating ;D

  • Beatiful.

  • Some nice improv, and that is a beautiful guitar you've built.

  • hey, ever thought about making your own neck and body for your next guitar build? its what i plan to do

  • are they warpigs?

  • what kind of wood is tht fingerboard made of

  • Birdseye Maple

  • Do u prefer the warmoth or the esp ltd?

  • Warmoth of course! Ltd sucks. Esp on the other hand is great.

  • youre an idiot dude, ltd's are great guitars, sure esp is a little bit better but certainly not worth the extra thousands you pay for them.

  • Buy Edwards instead, much better, made in japan, ltd is made in china. Yeah, esp is over priced.

  • The only differentce between LTDs and ESPs are that LTDs are put together in a factory in china and ESPs in America. No difference in quality, just the ESPs usually have more expensive parts.

  • Is this guitar made from Mahogany? I'm looking at making myself a Warmoth in this shape but with a mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. Do you think the tone would be thicker sounding at all? Cheers dude!

  • The body is Mahogany with a spalted maple top. The neck is birdseye maple. I don't know if that combo of mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard would enhance the tone or not.

  • the vibrato is the shit. It's good to see some one with good vibrato.

  • ya dude watever i dont agree with most of these replies. you shred and thats fucking fine

  • I love that thump that you get on palm mutes and when you hit the strings, lol. I never thought I'd like a Randall, but i stand corrected - great amp, great guitar, great playing.

  • hey man nice playin how r those warmoth guitar bodies n necks ive been wantin to build one forever but am wonerin if ther like made all shitty wat kind of wood is that guitar body

  • Man you really have some great skills, but I agree with the guy who said your phrasing is a bit off. You really need to listen to the music and see what notes need to go where. That was a slow backing track and it didn't need to have infinitessimo notes all over the place to get your point across. Please don't take this as disrespect because you are a much better player than I am technically, but just because you can play fast doesn't mean you have to all of the time.

  • I dig

  • great job. I love playing to that specific backing track to. I learned to play guitar from this song.

  • you a great tone from the hands and some good ideas. im loving your sounds and your bends and pinches were awsome

    however

your imrov kind of left me in an odd place because there were some mint ideas but the spacing was a bit odd. the guitar looks the part, is this the one with the bareknuckles in? have you checked out blackmachine guitars, they will turn your life around

  • dood black machine + randall would sound like god

  • hey man...in all honesty, whats the quality like on those warmoths? you have a jackson copy, is it as good as a jackson?

  • I know its defenetely better than a jackson!!! I mean im almost sure. And the good thing is you get a custom guitar and noone has the same!!!!!

  • his amp is most of how it sounds

  • Very zakk wylde but it still was different and really well done Rock on bro

  • sweet improvising man had a real zakk wylde feel to it

oh where did you get that backing track?

  • Sounds really good onmce again. Although I prefer Rosewood on my fingerboards, it's a really sweet guitar. I really dig the headstock shape. The only decent "hockey-stick" headstock I've ever seen are those on the Jacksons and the Gibson Explorers

  • That Warmoth is SICK! Nice chops too.

  • i thought warpig would lack highs

    i was completely wrong :S

    is it the ceramic version?

i have a holy diver (16k alnico version) and a cold sweat neck

what are the woods of this warmoth?

  • It's got plenty of highs. I chose not to get ceramic, but the Alnico V. The body is mahogany and it's got a spalted maple veneer on top. The neck has a wizard profile and is made out of AAA birdseye maple.

  • bk miracle man?

  • I have heard great things about those, but these are a BK Warpig set.

  • I could and would like to get a noise gate for when I turn the volume up. It does tend to get a bit noisy, but for the most part, it's a great amp. I'm not really sure what speakers are in the cab. I'll try to find out.

  • You don't need a noise gate or anything with the V2? Sounds sweet. What channel are you on? what cab and speakers are you using? I have an R412CXM cab that I use with my old rg100sc but it don't sound that good. I'd like a v2 head but theres nowhere to try one out where I am.

  • i think what makes the v2 stand out above all the other randalls is that the low notes are actually clear and not just a blanket of distortion like on my randall (g3 series). nice gear, nice playing, and very cool backing track

  • nice jackson , im hering some Zakk Wylde vibratos in there man, i like your playing

  • Thx Dimesatch! I really like Zakk's vibrato, so I try to use that agressive vibrato in my playing.

  • bolt on neck right?

  • Yes. It's a bolt on neck.

  • did u use your v2 on this vid?

  • Yes I did use the V2. I use no pedals at all; just the amp's distortion.
