I displayed a youtube vid with me on screen and paused it.......then I use PRTSCN key...that copies the screen image...... then I go to my old art prog..open a sheet and paste pic. Then I use a reform mode that allows me to stretch an image to a new perspective.... just adjusted the shape till it looked like a billbboard... and merged with town pic... thats it...easy.
