IE:

400 damage over 4 seconds is 100 DPS

150 damage over 2 seconds is 75 DPS

Of course he would crit the same at 70. The gear would still be the level 60, if he kept it. Thus, the stats would decrease over time, in the percentages. Also, I highly doubt that your twink crits for 1.9k.

Because you are holy dmg savvy, i recommend you use seal of righteousness. im lvl 66 and doing 474 white + 540 SoR non crit. 1K guaranteed dmg on each swing.

Those K crits are I believe Holy Shock/Seal of Command. He is using his Divine favor if one of the K crits is Holy Shock.
