I'm a pharmacy technician. The Pharmacist has last say whether they want to sell the drug. Prescription drug or drugs requiring id or restricted drugs. If the Pharmacist decided only to see to women that was there choice.

Even if the guy decided to sue he would lose.

Most rapes do not result in pregnancy. There are other ways to show that a woman has been raped, rather than testing if she is pregnant. Plan B will not result in more rapists getting away with their crime.

What does that pharmacist think he or she is? He's not his god's personal judge. Their job is to dispense medications, both scripts or OTC.  He is NOT the pharmacy's conscience not the moral judge for his/hers customer.

Good point. I've never seen plan-B but I'm guessing it's most likely hermetically sealed. In either case I'd rather be poisoned or roofied and killed, but that's just me.

@Leadman1989 Yeah I was wondering that too. I'm not sure if David was saying that the hypothetical rapist was attempting to destroy evidence or what, but I would definitely not have to be forced into taking that pill in that circumstance.
