This video is stupid... in all it proves that 3G is better than Wifi -- which is not. Has nothing to do with using a laptop vs a mobile phone. Many laptops use 3G and even if its a pain, to start a laptop specially under windows. A laptop has a much better platform that an app-based mobile device. You need an app for everything or the browser doesn't support all the stuff from a CRM.

Ever try to run people soft on the stupid Java browser from Blackberry -- is just a mess.

I recall my organization called for Technical Support and boy, did my IT guys go haywire over the cost of phone support. Should I also mention the agent on the phone had a very arrogant and rude attitude? They got his name down for sure. After that experience and not having the problem solved, we have now switched to ACT!

I still have to say, this ad is pretty good and should give them the edge with this segment of competition.
