Wanted to know if the medication causes any pain. I am not interested in any surgery, but I've heard that you feel pain in the nipples and other places. Just need some feed back because I had planned on doing this at some point. Just need to gather data about it from people who have gone though it .
@Dharkllama There's a lot of info online about it. It can cause some pain in those areas, yes, but then things normalize. Hormones are nothing to take lightly, it's serious stuff though.

Wow! What a surprise for me. I was watching your video on electrolysis and you mentioned that in this video we could see the burn you got from the laser hair treatment. I had no idea you were a man! But you know what, it really doesn't matter. You're beautiful and I think it takes a whole lot of bravery to make that transition and be yourself. And it takes even more courage to post this on the internet. Very inspiring :)

Great video. Thank you for sharing this. I'm going through my own transition at the moment and might try to do the same thing at some point as I have taken many photos so far and had my FFS 7 weeks ago. Al the bruising has gone but I'm still quite swollen at the moment, still it's early days.

@robot122ify the same happened to me and now they have all abandon me, all of my consideration toward them was for nothing, they are not even certain I am a transgendered person and have cast me aside based on suspicion. I wish I had had the courage to do what I really wanted and needed to do, it's not to late to do it now but certainly a lot harder, I am with you.

They call the people who do extensive plastic surgery that or the people who do those crazy tattoo.body modifications(example cat man) that. The video was interesting because you rarely see the before. Having said that you do look like a female but I could never get past the before. Kind of like not wanting to eat sausage after seeing how it's made.
There currently isn't a consensus about whether the cause is mental or physical, but the evidence that is out there currently suggests that is more likely physical. Meaning that is something you are born with, it is not a choice, and therapy does not work. Studies done in the netherlands on the brains of transsexuals revealed something interesting, the transsexuals that felt like women had brains that more closely resembled female brains, and not male ones.

I was paralyzed by fear to start transition because my son is already a man and I'm not that young, so, to have a grade of success it was a remote possibility. Watching it again after not seeing it for a while, I first noticed the change in your eyes, before the "guy" started to fade - your eyes came alive. I have a question/comment regarding your surgeries and/treatments, why do I still see trans persons still electing to pay extremely high prices for surgeries in the USA that can be done with equal skill and satisfaction and results in Thailand for a fraction of the cost?

@502belinda LOL, I don't think I was vain or anything. I have always documented my life. It isn't just pictures of me, I take pictures of EVERYTHING! A lot of those pics are cell phone pics that I sent to my ex to say hello when I was traveling (the guy pics).

You've surely become beautiful, but it took more then hormone replacement treatment didn't it? Just out of curiousity, what surgical procedures did you undergo? I though I saw a rhinoplasthy and an eyebrow lift, is that correct? (Looks painful by the way!) Best wishes!

OK. I'm a straight woman who is unemployed, unattached, lonely, and feeling pretty bad about myself in general. I need to stop being afraid of failure. It has made my life very narrow. If you guys have the will power and courage to transform into girls, I can change my life too. Thank you for inspiring me.

@heavenlyeve About 3 months for the swelling and bruising to really settle down, then about 1 year and a few months for all of the swelling to go down :)

This is a great video - thank you so very much for having the courage to share. I often wish I'd documented more of my transition along the way... Watching it again after not seeing it for a while, I first noticed the change in your eyes, before the "guy" started to fade - your eyes came alive. There was a dullness in the very early pix that was replaced by a wonderful energy as your transition progressed. Congratulations on your incredible journey!

Hello Meghan, firstly I wish to thank you for all your videos and for sharing your thoughts and feelings throughout your transition. I think you are very brave and courageous for being candid about your life. I have a question/comment regarding your surgeries and/treatments, why do I still see trans persons still electing to pay extremely high prices for surgeries in the USA that can be done with equal skill and satisfaction and results in Thailand for a fraction of the cost?

@502belinda LOL, I don't think I was vain or anything. I have always documented my life. It isn't just pictures of me, I take pictures of EVERYTHING! A lot of those pics are cell phone pics that I sent to my ex to say hello when I was traveling (the guy pics).
