i would say its about a 9 on the inside, the amenities are excellent, but i give it a 9 b/c there are so many freaking advertisements its ridiculous...about the noise i think it depends on where you are at, up high its not too loud (same thing as being out on the field), but at the lower seats its a bit louder, i think the dome will end up being louder though...if you get the chance to go, you should!
