It is really sad to see such beautifully designed old rowhomes crumbling away to the point of seeing daylight through the third floor windows where the roof used to be. I do blame slumlords for a lot of residential urban decay, squeezing as much profit out of a property and not putting anymore back into it, to the point the once nice home is no longer fit for habitation and gets boarded up to rot away as many here are doing. Sad...very sad...

Chase down the slumlords- they get a fat tax write off if they keep their properties fucked up. It should be illegal to hold onto boarded up properties for this purpose. Put the camera in the slumlords' faces and confront them- it's pointless to focus on poor Blacks exchanging votes for food.
