Kimber makes two different 22LR complete guns, the Target Rimfire and the Rimfire Super. MSRP of $834 and $1120. Check them out on ther website. I have a Kimber Target Rimfire in .17 MACH 2. It was only made in 2004 -2005
not sure if this was asked before, but how many rounds have u approximately had threw the 22lr conversion setup? anything every happen with something wearing out or jamming.. other than the cheap ammo?
@FastZrider It's my friends I can't account for how many rounds have been put threw the conversion. The frame he's owned for many years and the 22lr conversion maybe 3 years. I've personally put atleast 300 threw the conversion. When I had the conversion there weren't any signs of wear on it. It ran best wet with oil and funtions very well with CCI ammo. I've noticed it jams if ran dry or with cheap ammo, other then that it's a nice, well made conversion and it's accurate. Thanks for watching
@intercooler2 I mostly use Hoppes gun oil, the one in the orange bottle. I like Hoppes cause it's thick and stays where you put it for a long time. I'm pretty cheap so I also wipe my guns down with 3 in 1 oil, when they're not being used. I wipe them down every month or two. 3 in 1 works fine for me and has always kept my guns rust free.
@intercooler2 Yeah I've had a couple jam with the .22 conversion. I think I still have shooting videos, of when it jams on my channel. It's very reliable with the right ammo. It likes CCI mini mags and to be well oiled.
@gramerable Yes a 22lr can kill a racoon. Where I live we can shoot racoons or whatever pest come on our property. I notice your from LA, you probably don't have much if any experince with racoons. BTW: 22lr can drop a much larger animal than a racoon.
@nelsonboy707 Just for the record, a .22LR can drop a buck deer with one well placed shot. It's just illegal to take a deer with a .22LR in most if not all states.
I just love how people think a .22 can't kill or injure anything.
@TheKrayusKorianis mhm, A family friend took a monster 8 point 2 months ago with a .22, with a good shot placement [Headshot via the eye] Its easily possible to kill a deer but its obviously illegal because some people simply cant make the shot
@Tehl33tpwnage I wouldn't make the shot unless I had clear view of a head shot. But yes, it is illegal where I live so I'm not gonna do it, because the DEC are quick on comin' after you. lol.
@TheKrayusKorianis Thing stood, 30 yards i think he said lol shot it 2 1/2 weeks before opening day of buck Clean kill but still he couldve lost his licence for 3-5 years and have a monster fine if he got caught here in PA
@gramerable we kill (at close range) ELK at our slaughterhouse with .22 LR.... i've killed many raccoons with .22LR and as nelsonboy said, you live in LA where you probably never seen a raccoon OR a .22
@StunnedMutha Kimber makes great 1911's in .45 and 9mm but Kimber doesn't make a 22LR pistol that I know of, just the 22lr conversions. Other companies also make cheaper 22lr conversions for 1911's. As for the Walther P22, I have no experience with it. If you want a good 22lr pistol, I would consider looking into the Ruger Mark II or Mark III , proven and fairly inexpensive.
Super nice, Thanks for sharing this video.

@Tehl33tpwnage Same here with the monster fine. But I think you lose your license to hunt indefinitely in NY.
