You have answered my call... I was wondering how to crush a car.. this works well... also.. for a simple structure .. at least.. the FFP can be a daughter of the cube and work as well... Thanks!
I just got the C4D and don't know didly about the controls and how to use them so can you please put a video on how to use the control and make humans? I really want to make Cloud.
making humans is VERY advanced stuff, try something a little less complex first, like a glass... or a spoon, which are harder than they sound but not too difficult once you know what your doing, good luck!
Thanks for opening my eyes, hooray for ugly rocks! I really dislike it when I lose the smoothness in my edited objects and THIS really helped! I export direct 3d models for FPS creator and have SOME experience designing videogames but I never found anything that can allow me to utilize smooth objects. If you can send me some references, that would be awesome! I'd really enjoy a chat.
i need some noob help when i have an object selected and i want to move it around it just wam is gone i mean it moves but way to fricken far like all the way out of the freekin screen!!!!!!!
please help me am i working too small or do i not have the right move tool please i am a NOOB!!!!
No... you cant directly make a game using C4D... but as for the models and environments you would need for the game, yes.
I have All three of the major players in 3D modeling and Animation; 3DS MAX, Maya, and C4D and I have to say their all very alike in features... I dont really feel one is better than the other. But I can say C4D is the easiest to use and very time efficient... so using C4D is a +....
ive heard about maya & 3D studio max but could you explain to me the difference between them and where i could get them from, i only have cinema 4D and im looking to go further than just modeling and animating
coo, so you can do everything on Cinema 4d that people can do on 3ds Max? cus i be doing some research and most people say 3ds max is better and theres alot more tutorials on 3ds max, you know where i can get some tutorials for cinema 4d 11 cus thats what i gots, i know thats what u got too cus the interface looks the same.
and they say 3ds max gots more plugins,
i got zbrush and C4d.
so all them turorials they got on 3ds max we can do on C4D?
The reason i did a tutorial on this was that not a lot of people know about the FFD and are always wanting to know how to deform something easily... and i do hope to put up more tutorials, so thanks for waiting...
hello.your tutorial seems very easy can u please make a cinema 4d + adobe photoshop or smthing how can u make a 3D mowing logo thank u waiting for more :)
it looks like a tooth when u put in the hyper nervbs

Nice video. YOu said you use this for games... So I'm guessing after you put it in the hyperNURBS, then you put THAT in the polyreduction nurb?
That's what I'm guessing.
Hmm, this could be really great for making things like cliffs and caves and stuff too right? Thanks for sharing. :)

I Found a more easier way to make a rock is to use this free rock gen, it creates random rocks.
I can't post the link over here... so search with this keywords in google:
rock gen c4d

How do you then turn that object into a real object, that doesn't require the deformer? Cause I want to run symmetry and boole on it?
chimera15 2 years ago
figured it out, current state to object.

lol, "yaaaay, my little cube". on a serious note, thanks for the tutorial, i've always wondered how people do that.

is Cinema 4d better then 3ds Max?
cus i gots Cinema 4d
well get at me
brainiakbeatz 3 years ago
It's not a question of which is better, you can achieve the same results with either one. I like/use cinema because of the interface.
