yung mga pulis ang nkasakay sa rubber boat, yunbg mga frogman eh nka life jacket p.. pwe! samantalang my mga bata at mga babae n kelangan sila yung nkasakay sa boat,. mga inutil. cguro mga 5% lng ng mga volunteer ang nkatulong nung time n yun.. kahit ulitin nyo pa yung mga video nung undoy.. nkaka hiya itong ibang mga rescuer kuno.
