thats impressive, i started lifting in my freshman year also, now im in my junior year and im nowhere close to cleaning or squatting as much as you, my bench max is 245lbs... what do you do for arm workouts?
@quadshow i constantly change up my workouts and the lifts i do so my body doesnt get used to them. I try and do the same thing for a few weeks and make sure i can do more each week so im getting constant gains. I'm mainly lifting for football and just because i enjoy it but i try to relate everything to football
@quadshow i started lifting my freshman year... so coming up on 3 years now. and no i don't take anything besides whey protein and an occasional muscle milk or protein shake. I try to take in as much protein as i can naturally though food and stuff though
