Actually from what Silent Rob said about this, it seems they ripped off the Battletoads a lot more then TMNT. But who knows what they were thinking, if they even were at all. Could have ripped off both.

I noticed the music in the Cheetahmen game is actually fairly long, and - dare I say it - could well make a decent tune if they'd used better instruments. I wonder if the makers wanted it to be the Cheetahmen's theme tune. (Apparently Active Enterprises, the developers of Action 52, had grand plans for the Cheetahmen, according to what I've read. Now just imagine if they'd made a cartoon series...)
