Ron Teeguardeen has been studying how to counter act NFKB for a very long time, If you watch his you tube video he put out with David Wolfe he talks about his new product super pill #2 and The importance of understanding deeply about NFKB for anyone that's living the jing consciouse life! I would like to hear a little more or read more about the deep important information that Truth Calkins has shared with you Keyth, becuase like your self his enlightening research has helped me greatly.
This Jing master check list is a great important video. Dragon Herbs Spring Longevity tea is so,so,so important! Because it deeply counter acts Nuclear factor kappa beta 24-7! I think everyone should study a little about NFKB. I think for you Keyth, dragon herbs Super pill #2 would be greatly beneficial. I just turned 26 a couple months ago, and as Truth Calkins stated 26 and a half is when the average person starts to become catabolic. Thanks keyth for putting out another important video.
looking forward to your list! maybe this is a tangent... it would be interesting to hear about your experiences with jing.. diminishing jing, rebuilding jing, the feeling of jing. you understand.
Mike Adams has recently posted his top three supplements which are,
1, Vitamin D (solgar 10,000)
2, Astaxanthin (Nutrex)
3, Fish Oil (Living Fuel)
I'm having great results with the herbs - Chaga and Ant Essence are my fav at the mo. Barefoot walking everyday is AWESOME - a great meditation. Drinking kefir everyday is up there.
Basically most of what I practice has either come from you or Wolfe and the like-minded community.
A couple things: Bone broth soup, ho shou wu, rhemmania, Bernard Jensens Gelatin, minerals, shilajit, veggie juice. bTW Im a long time fan, met you at Erewhon with my bro in LA a while back. Always like your vids.
When you say 80% green veg...and 20% animal products...is that by volume or calories? Hard to get any calories from the green veggies, so i'm assuming that is by volume.
Keith, what an awesome idea for a video... I am sure that you are going to get lots of support from the J-masters, can't wait to see it:-) One tip on the topic of going off low fat vegetarian diet: don't give up if you feel that you can't digest fats, including animal fats - your body does need time to acclimate, and you may feel off in the beginning...in this case using the HCL and digestive enzymes with each food can make a world of difference...has for me and many of my clients:-)
have not heard or read this anywhere, but my intuition tells me that eating organ meats, especially liver, heart and kidneys, replenishes and builds jing, and eating them raw is probably most potent. placenta is also a powerful jing tonic. evidently women who consume their own placenta (raw, cooked and/or dried and encapsulated) after giving birth reap many benefits on myriad levels from doing so, although taking dried deer placenta is certainly a good substitute for both women as well as men.
@AlomongerPete the meaning behind Jing Master is to have Inner energy which can be trensended into your daily life which includes the following but not limited to....
The inward and outward expression to achieve the things one wants to do in life
The reviterlisation of the physical body from a cellular level [YOU CAN TAKE ALL THE VITAMIN AND MINERALS YOU WANT THEY WILL NOT RECHARGE THE BATTERIES ].
The spiritual connenction to SOURCE illrevelavant of what religion.....
@AlomongerPete You practice thats if you do is far more obtainable when we practice building Jing and mastery of the two other treasures through TAO {Nature}
We are all branches of the one tree!!!
life should be peaceful and filled with joy and we all have the ability to be more than we think we can be. More than Ordinary
This is no easy task as disciplne is key to harnesing Jing
All i can recommend is weight training. Will increase testosterone and growth hormone, and therefore Jing although i'm not jing master. But t will make you feel the jing life. Most of these longevity guys are physically inferior, it's not "exercise" it's "lifting heavy weights" periodically.
yesss, thank you very much , this is one I knew that I definitely would have for got, all though it is in my bio files,... and as Im to understand , and Iam trying to get more into doing this serious blast of physicality for short intense blasts-- some nice humility there, I watch all your videos: your definitely a jingmaster-- and yes also on the "longevity guys" someone also I watch all the time Charles T Rose said D.Wolfe is more like a "care bear" :-)
I'm planning on uploading some videos on the three treasures soon too. I've got plenty of ideas to add to your list, but I think the comments section here just isn't big enough... Have to do it via a message instead. It's a great idea that I'm sure will be very helpful for a lot of people.
hot n cold showers also move the lymph, Jubbs liver flush didnt seem to me to really do it, Moritz's Andreas seems to really work better on my 27th in a row one per month, Hey check out Leija Turnen something like that her name quantum biofeedback youl feel it touchng your outer and inner fields she also can give u a detailed reoprt on how your state of being is what your allergic too what to consume, your inner needs Jubbs flush isnt as good as Moritz's Keith, Eric he is on here under enerchitv
yes also, I was thinking about the hot cold as well-- and the liver call out is great , and I agree.. The liver is a good call as well-- the kidney / adrenal gets all the credit as being the "throne of the jing" while the liver sits over there on the side working it's ass off - thank you for adding your 2 cents about D Jubb, I agree , Im finding some of his protocol not as thorough as some of the newer people--im going to long into the name drop--thanx
Deer antler, sleeping grounded, antioxidants 45 minutes after a meal, green juice, meditation, exercise, herbs, herbs, herbs, cut out shitty people from your life, follow your passion.
all in there on the "heart" of my list, although the anti-oxidants 45 minutes after a meal is new one in my consciousness: certainly makes all the since in the world
@Kirushka1 I don't remember the exact video but it was one of the Longevity Now talks by David Wolfe where he mentioned taking antioxidants after a meal, it could be more than 45 minutes but if you wait about 45 into the digestion process that's when the free radical damage from the meal starts to begin.
@talesfromthemidwest If you don't already know about the powerful benefits of Polyrachis Ant, it is another super star in chinese tonic herbalism! The benefits are so wide rage and greatly beneficial. It regrows a shrunk Thymus gland, and the importance of the Thymus gland is not understood by many people. That's just one of the major benefits of the herbs. Thank you for posting one of the great tonic herbs in Deer antler.

sort of busted out the door taking too much herbs-
which was OK ( was seeing the herbs in the colonics, which float along the bottom of the tube like the heavy metals do, except they move way faster, colonic therapist said she never saw that signature before, and could only make the conclusion b/c I take a boat load of herbs)
and of course I'm adjusting based on my own uniqueness as well
@liverawkstar thats interesting you mention the herbs in the colonic as i was thinking this morning when stacking a Almond smoothie with Chinese Herbs LESS IS SOMETIMES MORE, I am glad you mentioned that Keith!
Missin' your videos. Hope all is well. Rawk on! :)
