Been through that routine. Its really not that difficult -- especially if one should have diarrhoea (like me). I have head a bout with gastro that has lasted over a week. So I went to NHS and had to give samples as well.

How long did it last for you? Seriously I am in fucking agony at the moment and can not stay off the toilet for more than 20mins which is driving me insane....
