Gotta say, for as cheesy as the Fugitive Alien series was, it had a heck of a soundtrack, this being the best song. I'm guessing the Star Wolf OST is hard to find though.

If the few episodes of the original TV show I've seen are any indication, all Sandy Frank did for the two "movies" was cut scenes and had the voices dubbed in English, while all the insert songs played during the episodes stayed in the same place.

Incidentally, Rocky's named Ryu...take that as you will.
