The scene was filmed to "Down on the Corner" but they had issues with the rights to the song. So this is what played on TV, and it looks like they got the rights for the DVD. But don't know the name of this song.

Its very strange! The song is similar to CCR/John Fogerty - Down On The Corner but it isnt!

I dont think that this song is only a remake made for Black Donellys, maybe it is written by an unknown artist

Maybe you can try to find the e-mail of music supervisor/editor and ask him (or you can ask to CCR!!!)
