  • Haahahah this move is great because in advanced dribbling this move can combine into other crossovers like a In&out + behind the back or spin, the list is endless but Iam no where near that level,at least not yet!

  • @zeokenX You will get there! Just continue to work on it.

  • I got really good at this because I broke my right arm (my strong arm) so I had to dribble only with my left and i kept on practicing it.

  • @jayrad2011 Out of misery comes a new tool for you to use!!!! How cool is that?

  • The refs are blind i always get called for a carry!!!

  • @basketballislife77 You may be rolling your hand under the ball which is a carry. You must keep your hand on the top half of the ball to avoid the carry.

  • hey coach i have a question everytime i try to drive agasnt my defender always end up with with no control of the ball trying to dribble hard driving to the basket

  • @bigman52100 sounds like you need to work on some serious handles!!!

  • Wow this move is really effective on the big guys I get matched with in games, I often have to play Small forward but I lack as much height than the average SF. Great tips and coaching thanks

  • @WhatArePrawnBalls GLAD YOU LIKE THEM AND STAY TUNED FOR A LOT MORE IN OUR UPCOMING VIDEOS.

  • ahah u love this move because i doo a lot off crossovers and my efender thinks lm do tht but than i confuse them

  • @namewhat122 Great move, right?

  • @AUBURNISBOSS1 u have to steps, more than 2 is a travel

  • how many steps can u take witout travelling

  • @AUBURNISBOSS1 After you pick up your pivot foot you must have the ball out of your hands or it is a travel.

  • @shekavy the "shake and bake" isn't really a specific move. We've seen a ton of people call different things the shake and bake. What we teach that might be associated with "shake and bake" is just combination dribble attack moves. We will definitely have some of these show up in videos sometime soon, but you can look at our dribble attacks on our channel already ;-)

  • hey coach can you make a video about the euro step D-Wade does it a lot

  • @Dil1995 We have plans for this in the near future. Stay tuned.

  • @ShotScience don't worry I'm already tuned in;) I'm a subscriber

  • @Dil1995 This is good! We really appreciate your support.

  • coach i have a question. I have seen players do this to me a lot. How do you defend this move?

  • @torterrathegreat055 It is very difficult as you have discovered!!! Overplay the strong hand and give on the weak hand. Most players tend to use their strong hand for this move.

  • Very Descriptive with efficient demonstration!

  • @Jordan5583 Thanks for your comment. We appreciate it very much.

  • Very descriptive!

  • @Jordan5583 Thanks again!

  • @SuperHOJIMA Thanks so much for your very nice comments. We do work hard to help players develop their game with out a whole lot of "hoopla." Just basic basketball for the serious players. Please stay tuned for more and "Spread the Word."

  • @ShotScience It's my pleasure to say good things about shotscience, besides i already benefited alot from it already

  • Comment removed

  • Did this with 3 defenders while doing it in a fast break recently :D

  • @OtakuChessPlayer way to smoke 'em!! LOVE IT!

  • I remember 5th grade one of my freinds allways used to use that move and he killed defenders with it

  • @101supermike If you have it down it is a killer!

  • Cross Country season is over and Basketball is starting!!! I've been watching these videos and practicing so much, i have no doubt i'm going to be on varsity this year! (Sophomore)

  • @MasterLtGen That's great! Keep us up to speed on your progress.

  • You're AWESOME ShotScience!!! ;)

  • @Dansvideostuff Thanks so much for your comment. We really work hard at providing information that all players can find useful. BTW, please "Spread the Word." Thanks again.

  • I thought i was meant to dribble from one hand to the other with the In Out dribble -_-

    Im ashamed of myself

  • @RyznCA No, No do not be ashamed. You are talking about the In-N-Out Dribble. Now you are ready to kick some b---!

  • I like dribbiling the ball between my legs and act like im going one way and the toss it behind my back in the other direction it works great i break lots of ankle and sometimes i leave the defense behind me really effective maybe you guys could make a videos of it?

  • @TheWiseActors This is possible. We will entertain it for a future date.

  • My Favorite Player is Chris Paul

  • @TheWiseActors great pick!!

  • What did he mean by Dribbling North south and not East west?

  • @DontTouchMyHair8 What this means is that we want to be going toward our basket and not to the side lines. Basket-to-basket is North and South. Sideline to sideline is East and West. When we attack North and South we really put pressure on the defender by going by them, while east and West allows them time to recover. Hope this helps.

  • hey sport science. i also found out by using this move a lot, is that if u sell a normal crossover, then you should use dis move AFTER, as the defender would still think ur going to bust him out with ur first crossover.

  • @theloz900 NOW YOUR THINKING!!!! One move sets up the other. Good work and thinking.

  • coach, have you seen anyone get anklebroken by the in and out? i just thought that would be pretty cool!

  • @K3ensel NO, but it still could happen if the move is really outstanding. Let us know when you "Break the first ankles with this move."

  • @ShotScience YES! thanks for this move i anklebreaked a person today!! it wasn't the biggest ankle break but it's still an anklebreaker... thanks!

  • @K3ensel You should get better and better with more work. Keep us up to date on your over-all BB progress.

  • I use this move simple but effective!

  • @sense321 You got that right!!!

  • Love the vids, Keep up the great work!!!

  • @WaltersNetwork Thanks for your support. We really appreciate your comment and hope you will continue to watch our videos.

  • @WaltersNetwork Thanks for your support. We really appreciate your comment and hope you will continue to watch our videos.

  • Yea this move sucks though if the opponent is slow and doesn't fall for the in n out but still it works

  • @Vatlol WOW! It would seem that if it works, how can it suck??

  • I remember using this move in an AAU game I beat the first defender and the second one came hands up to the freethrow line and I hit him with the in and out and it froze his... easy lay up and the crowd loved it haha

  • @Scottyissoking SWEET!!!! It does really ice the defender and makes scoring pretty easy.

  • I do this but, after going in & out, I got back in then out one more time. If you can do it quick enough its really effective.

  • @HaloTheaterKing That's the key!! If it's effective and you can rely on it, it is very cool!!!!!!

  • This is a really good dribble attack. I used to last night in a game, and it worked really well :)

  • @MrLL30000 How cool is that? Try the other Attacks as well. They are awesome in beating the defender too!

  • coach, I have a simple question: How can I take my game to

the next level?cuz I am planning to play college basketball and

probably move on to playing professional bball but

I'm like the worst player on the team right now..

  • @9Molecules Get to work on your fundamentals ASAP. Playing the game at any level is about skills, athleticism and desire. Develop your game!!!!

  • Also amazing if you double cross them once or twice. They'll see the ball start going across and cheat steal and then they look stupid.

  • @JBCenter50 Whatever works to get the job done!!!!

  • hey coach can u show us some workouts for basketball? my checks are always bigger nd stronger than me

  • @Aerochalklate We will be posting a complete 8 wek workout soon.

  • UGHH. Everytime I crossover right to left.. The defender just sticks his hand out and taps it out...

    Am I dribbling to high?

Sometimes i do the in and out and then crossover... and he just throws his right arm and he steals it..

    Aghhh

    Am i doing something wrong?

  • @Shinaru23 One of the first things you need to do is to make them defend by going at them strong. When you cross the ball needs to be low and quick. You just need practice.

  • How can you make your dribbling fast as shown in :37? What could you do to dribble faster, because that's my problem! I tend to be slow!! :(

  • @dropsblood It's all about practice time. There are no secrets here, just need to get to work and develop your skills.

  • can i do this with out taking the dribbling 101 ??

  • @oloapcheska Your choice. If your ball skills are good enough go for it!

  • very USEFUL!!

  • @NachoChicken77 We are really pleased for you. Hope we can provide more videos for your game. Please "Spread The Word!"

  • gr8...defender gonna fool by this..

  • @muzammil62718 When you have it worked out it is really tough for them to handle!

  • wow i have been using this move this whole time and haven't even noticed.

  • @2fladoodle Come on now!! Who is going to believe this?

  • @ShotScience well i mean that ive noticed but i just had no idea it was an actual move lol

  • @2fladoodle Well, we are pleased that you now know that your signature move is an In-N-Out Attack.

  • What about the defenders who look at your waist? How do you fake them??

  • @janjua8 Well, when you use this move your mid-section takes a jog in the one direction to help get the defender going there. Review the video and note that there is a quick step in the opposite direction to get the defender to step there and then the out dribble is executed. In all truth, not many players really focus on your waist. They tend to focus on the ball and footwork.

  • This is my favourite crossover i broked a lot of anckles with this and it works best for me :D

  • @TheLebron6 "SWEET"!!!!!!! We really like this move also.

  • @TheLebron6 its not really a crossover its an attack dribble

  • @TheLebron6 favorite* I* broke* ankles* Get your grammar straight, bro.

  • @THEGUZ22 dude u r such a fag who the hell corrects grammar on youtube? come on bro

  • @THECHAMPIONBIGB That is when it is most effective. Usually in transition!

  • @shotscience yeah I see what you are saying this move probably only still useful in transition it was gr8 overall in 4th and 5th grade still useful in middleschool it really doesn't shake players on varsity

  • @Cfergsthebest it's actually useful all the time. In any situation where you'd use a crossover, this works as a way to set them up and go the other way. Like we said before, if you aren't being successful with this move (or our other attacks), you probably need to spend much more time perfecting them. They are used on ALL levels by most all of the great players.

  • You always show basic moves could you show any more advanced dribbling moves that would help undersized guards who need to create larger amounts of separation to finish

  • @Cfergsthebest O.K.! These "Attacks" are advanced. If you are unable to use them to create your space you probably need to re-work what you are doing with them. These are moves that have made D. Wade, Rajon Rondo, Chauncy Billups and many other players the players they are. Being "under-sized" has not limited Iverson, Robinson or Barea because they have spent incredible time to develop these same moves that you see on our channel.

  • this helps ALOT!

  • @3wingsX That's awesome! We are so pleased that we have been able to help you out with this move. Stay tuned for more.

  • tjhe in out is done after youve driven by and crossed over your defender. the in-out needs to look like a crossover. you got to get the ball below knees. you sell it with the drive setup -drive foot move laterally moving the ball out to the side. if they react and move-cross em over. if they don fall for it lean your shoulders, and the ball-side knee, but move your hands slowly and dont cross midline and keep opposite knee normal. if they take the bait do the in out if they dont cross em over

  • These vids are the best. Thanks!!!

  • @logman135 Thanks so much for your very nice comment. We really appreciate it very much.

  • i think that's the best dribble move , 10x shot science you are the best!

  • @TheKingJohnnyG: Thank you so much for your nice comment. We really appreciate it very much.

  • hey coach,

i can do all the dribble attacks efficiently with my right hand but i struggle with my left

    hand

i dribble 10-15 minutes everyday with my weak hand to improve my off hand dribbling

    what else should i do?????

  • @cjslipknot1234: Spend even more time on your off-hand. 10-15 minutes per day is not enough!! Try eliminating your right hand totally for a couple of days and you will see a marked difference. "SPEND TIME ON THAT WEAK HAND!!!

  • @ShotScience ok..thanks

    i will definitely do it.

  • Hey coach I need some tips. How can I get faster dribbling the basketball??

  • @MrRetla1: Well all skills that we learn in any sport are the results of hard work and a ton of practice. Just be sure you are practicing the correct thing s and get busy! The more dribbling you do with both hands the better you get. Work on your dribbling in speed dribbles as well.

  • my foot might stretch out and it slows me down. Is it something thats supposed to happen? If it isnt about how far should my foot come out?

  • @theLALfan24: You do not want the foot to go too far across the defenders body. That foot and the ball do not want to go beyond the defenders mid-line of the body.
