well .. they are trying to raise what..? 250. thousand to finish this documentary..called RISE and SHINE. they got 70 thousand so far.. with 40 days left..? to raise the total amount..to finish it. its the real deal. dont know Jay.. but have seen him play. that's all i need.
@ sushiandsoba, I really love his story, he started in a low league where he really didn't know anybody but his friend and just evolved to what he his today. Love his stories again and I think he his just cool
Being born in London and lived in the Watford area, for the record my team is QPR, he was immense for Watford. To play at Northwood and then 2 years later score a goal in the play off final... That is amazing, thousands of kids in England dream of what he's done. I think he should have stayed as I think he was Premier League class, he'll be dominant in the MLS.... Look forward to seeing him at the Home Depot Center when the Galaxy play Vancouver.
What is wrong with watford they sold ashley young, Hemuar Bouazza, Marlon King, Durias Henderson, John Joe O'Toole, JAY DEMERIT, Tamas Priskin, Nathan Ellington, Steven Kabba, Gavin Mahon, Danny Shittu, Gareth Williams if watford still had these players they would be in the premier league.
Great great story. Look for his documentary soon. 90 minute full feature, from a small town in Wisconsin to England then South Africa. Rise and Shine.
i think he should have stayed playing in the US a little bit longer,he's dream is to play in Europe in the big teams, and maybe he started running before he actually could walk! but i'm glad he realist that it is not that easy to get in a big club in Europe..but good to see him try so hard!
Great Story. This kind of determination needs to be shown to kids today. If i had known these things I hope i would have had the oppurtunities, and sheer chance at the dream.
This man is AMAZING! Please stay in Vancouver you are a hero here.
I want to play just like you, you made me love defending!

very average player, but he's made the most of it. I do not understand why america produces such dull/functional players....no flair.
