Aishwarya is perfect for this film. she carries off period films extremely well (though it was not a performance driven role for her). Hrithik is the star of this show all the way.

@sabbirsa, Aishwarya fits the role PERFECTLY! She's so warm and gentle and her presence on screen is very warm. Plus Hrithik's Chemistry with aishwarya is the BEST!

@MrManu011 i never said that she did not. she is perfect for period films b/c amongst the actresses from her generation she has the looks fit for a period film. She did not get any credit for her acting but she looked beautiful. Hrithik got away with all the icing on the cake and PC's portrayal in Fashion was powerful enough for her to win a national award (as well as others) hence becoming the youngest actress to ever win it.
