I actually used to own the master system with this game, super tennis, Action Fighter, Alex Kidd in Miracle World, Space Harrier(with the 3d glasses attachment),Wanted and Rescue Mission. I miss these games!

I used to have a Game Gear and one of the games I have was Teddy Boy Blues, and it did have the music form the arcade, only its off-tuned compared to the arcade version.

the first level i can do in about 20 seconds with a top score of about 77000, the trick is to collect the ball things in a chain and if you do it right it multiplies

I'm pretty sure this is the first game I ever played. I was about five years old. I was absolutely horrible. I couldn't get past the third round. I remember being so impressed with my mom thinking I could never be as good as her at video games.

This was the first game I got with my SMS2 as a kid - and still love it! I'm actually modding up my SMS2 now so I can plug it in by S-Video and relive the gaming glory of Teddy Boy.

What you may have not known is that due to licensing issues, Yohko Ishino's song "Teddy Boy Blues" was not included in the non-Japanese versions. Additionally, the arcade version of Teddy Boy Blues was only released in Japan for the same reasons -- Yohko Ishino's music.
