Look in frame 1:14 ... if this is the first steps that armstrong took on the moon what the hell is in the background standing tall to the right of the astronaut getting off the lunar modual ?? there shouldnt be anything there since those were the first steps ....
It's quite obvious those are not the first steps - the ground is littered with footsteps and a camera tripod has been set up, and it's in color. Which means this is probably Apollo 14 or 15, and maybe the 2nd EVA of the mission.

Conjure up a camera to take pictures of stars!! all you have to do is use a long exposure setting, proberly at least 10 seconds, prob is the camera would have to be held still for the duration of the exposure, also the ambient light would overexpose the film, furthermore you cannot see stars during the day can you? it was daylight on the moon when they went, why dont you try to take pictures of the stars, use a fast shutter speed take a pic of someting against a starry sky and see what happens

Getting out of the gravity well is tough! Look at the size of the Saturn V rockets needed to push a couple tonnes of machines and men all that way. But if moon has 1/6 gravity and even in a vacuum, it doesn't seem feasible the the Landing craft had 1/10 let along 1/6 of the fuel/power a Saturn V rocket has to escape the moon's gravity.
But remember, the Saturn V had to launch in a 1G environment carrying everything else - including the CSM, LM and fully fueled S-IVb booster. The LM ascent stage only had to carry itself and two astronauts up to low lunar orbit in a 1/6th G environment.
The Moon may have 1/6th the gravity of Earth, but it's gravity well is one 20th that of the Earths, so it only takes 1/20th the fuel to reach escape velocity on the Moon. It's
difficult to explain this in 500 characters or less, but if you look all this up and do the math, it DOES work.

You would need a telescope with a mirror the size of two American football fields (please correct me if I am wrong) to see the descent stages of the Apollo LMs.

Not sure how big...but they would have to be HUGE.... To resolve something the size of a volkswagon bug at 240,000 miles you better have a kick ass lens or mirror to capture light !

I'm still on the fence. Many surface pictures seem legit.
But if moon has 1/6 gravity and even in a vacuum, it doesn't seem feasible the the Landing craft had 1/10 let along 1/6 of the fuel/power a Saturn V rocket has to escape the moon's gravity.

But remember, the Saturn V had to launch in a 1G environment carrying everything else - including the CSM, LM and fully fueled S-IVb booster. The LM ascent stage only had to carry itself and two astronauts up to low lunar orbit in a 1/6th G environment.

The Moon may have 1/6th the gravity of Earth, but it's gravity well is one 20th that of the Earths, so it only takes 1/20th the fuel to reach escape velocity on the Moon. It's
difficult to explain this in 500 characters or less, but if you look all this up and do the math, it DOES work.

also remember that because the moon has a smaller radius than the earth, from the inverse square law, the rate at which the pull of gravity decreses as the lunar module ascends from the surface is smaller than that on earth.

it may not need to be 1/6 as powerful to escape:
v = root((2GM)/r)
so the escape velocity depends only on mass of moon, not grav field strength, that also depends on the radius!!
actually: (0.0123 Earths is the moons mass)
thats roughly 100th the mass of the earth.

err i dunno bout this shit.. how'd they get so many angles on those pictures?? plus when they walked on the moon they didn't really seem scared or worried that they might float away as they were RUNNING on the moon with those suits on- try to imagen doing that.

No, they won't float away TeashxXx. If the moon had no gravity, a man couldn't actually land to begin with. Any massive object in space has a gravitational pull. Usually the bodys size determines the amount of gravity. Anyway, Yes, I give the cameraman credit for the first steps on the moon. If I am wrong, I would like to hear from somebody.
