Ethiopia dictatorship would never allow it...The strength of the Somali tribe has always been a weakness to the Habesha Ethiopians inbreeds...the third largest tribe in Ethiopia is Somali and the largest province(state) is Ogadenia (A Somali state that is rich with oil and other minerals)...Somalis always disagree on many things but they agree that Habesha are their biggest enemies...BTW it has nothing to do with religion!
