@ITakeWarningShots It was probably off. Electronics can get wet, that's not a problem. It's a problem when the circuits are actually conducting when they get wet. That's why a lot of people will get their phone out of water or something and it'll work, for about 2 minutes. You have to wait til you're sure it's completely dry. Keep it in a small heated room, or in a bowl of dry rice if available. I wouldn't even think about touching it for 3 days to be safe.

The water bubbles underneath the screen went away 3 days later. Only thing is my mic, and audio jack doesn't work properly. But everything else is perfectly FINE

You should NEVER try and turn a wet phone back on. IT WILL RUIN THE CAPACITOR!!! Don't shake the water out as you can damage the circuitry or the soldering. The best way to dry it is to place it in a large bag of unbleached white rice for about 3 days. All the water should be removed by the rice. Place the battery back in and try turning on the phone. If it doesn't immediately work, place it back in the rice for another day or so.
