You are right it is not the fault of the game or the developers who made it if a underage kid gets a hold of it ,in many states including where i live there are laws that requires places like gamestop and retailers to require that a photo id or drivers license be shown if someone attempts to buy a M rated game, it is mainly the parents who buy them for their children and fox news is playing on that in their unfair and unbalanced report they need to review their facts before talking.

Fox just looks at the game, sees it's violent, looks to see if there is a really violent part in the game, then rant on it. Then they take it off topic and say that you ARE a terrorist. Anyone that has actually played the game knows that you are a CIA Agent trying to get into the bad guys group. @Kizter2 thats apples to oranges dude...crysis is a pc game thats way ahead of every other game...modern warfare 2 is a mostly console based game cuz its a social game (XBL PSN) and its more accessible than crysis (shelling out a couple hundred on a GPU that can handle it)..i have both games and i can honestly say that i enjoy MW2 more because its addicting and fun,,,thats not to say crysis isnt but i think that the exp system and the killstreak rewards make MW2 a lot more fun and entertaining

I dunno...I like in-depth, crazy ultra-realistic video-games, Star Wars KOTR, and KOTR 2 for the original X-box, and Halo 1, and Halo 2 were awesome, but I kind of miss all of the platformers that I grew up with.

after playing mw2 online, i can say that its way unbalanced. Its honestly not that enjoyable to me since the killstreaks are ridiculously unfair (lets reward players that camp, which mw2 promotes alot, with a heli and harrier that rain down on the battlefield AND add towards their killstreak even more). some of the weapons are unbalanced too, and in all honesty dying mere seconds after spawning is NOT fun. cod4 was much more enjoyable, and i wasn't even a fan of cod4 either.
