  • Amazing Hitchcock film. Wish it had more sanity though.

  • muito bom

  • whats this rated XD

  • 9 people cant let go of their mother or have been killed in the shower

  • Hey guys, we've made a new rock song about this great film, as well as songs about other awesome films such as The Wicker Man and The Departed. Please take some time to listen to some of our stuff :)

  • excellent trailer!

  • Mmmm I'd watch that just for psycho Delicious(((:

  • youtube.com/watch?v=rxLglN9x8fA

    Great homeage to this film

  • @wwwway11 That's not scary.

  • I know this music....It was like the music from Hitchcock's Rear Window?

  • masterpiece!!

  • wow HE IS HOT! when i read the synopsis i have this image of him as a fat old balding man. now i really want to watch this movie! i'd like to stay at his hotel! :D

  • @bluieful In the book he was a fat old balding man. Short, too.

  • @MrThePandaman yea and the books ending was epic. Last two chapters summed the book up."Mother killed them" thats what he said. But it was a lie.

  • #OMG clownload movіe роор.su

  • love his trailer!!!!

  • In the book, Norman was a short, fat, dude. Even Hitchcock sells out to sex appeal.

  • @MrThePandaman hitchcock refused to work with anyone but the most attractive and famous of the time. he thought he was above working with anything less.

  • amazing trailer!

  • Exceptional.

  • "They'll say 'Why she wouldn't even hurt a fly.' "

  • Nice

  • vaiii toma no cuuu seua viados naum sabem nem montar um trailer decentee vagabundos do caraiooo...

    porrra vão se fuder....

  • nice job making a trailer of an old movie with the style of nowadays motion-picture-trailers

  • This movie scared me so much....

  • I want to watch this movie even though it's really old. I just love horror movies!

  • This is my most favorite horror movie and the music, too!

  • AMAZING movie, escpecially for its time. Hitchcock did an amazing job with the plot of this movie and the ending was great.

  • "IN A WORLD...where good people do bad things...and bad things happen to people...we can all go a little mad sometimes! From Paramount Pictures and master of suspense Alfred Hitchcock comes his most shocking thriller. Anthony Perkins, Vera Miles, John Gavin, Martin Balsam, and Janet Leigh in Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho'".

  • Vera Miles in great new bio (All About Jeffrey Hunter) at amazon!

  • umm...does anyone like know how it ended or why he killed????

  • thats what makes it sooo scary. he HAS no motive! much scarier when there's no motive.

  • He gets got and put in a mental assylum and he killed because he was so crazy he thought his mom was talking to him and telling him to kill like a split personality

  • SPOILER

Split personality disorder. He killed his mother, but he thought she was still alive, and he would dress up like her, thinking he was her, and kill anyone in the hotel. then Norman (as himself) didn't want his "mother" put away, and he cleaned up after her like a momma's boy.

  • Stop it! That's party of the beauty of the movie, the surprise...and learning about Norman..

  • he killed his mother because he was jealous when she got a boyfriend. He believed that she was alive, in the back of his head, to the point where he dressed up like her and acted as her voice and movements. But on top of this, he kept the corpse. This drove the mother part of his mind insane and ended up killing everyone.

    phew... lots of words

  • why would you ruin it for people!

  • Good job... aren't you special... why don't we just tell everyone the ending to all the other great movies then....

  • very good!

  • Great!!!!!!!

  • the end was great !

  • where can I see this great movie in full?

  • I couldnt see anyone else play Norman, but Perkins.

He was good at any role he took on!!

  • Maybe Montgomery Clift. But, of course, Antony was great in this movie.

  • he was cremated and hes ashes were scattered to the pacific ocean

  • I love this movie.

  • Youve done a great job..

  • I dont what anyone says... Norman is sooo good looking :))

  • @xMCRrockmyworldx Good looking psycho...:)

  • Very nice, very detailed, doesn't give away too much, looks like a real trailer. Good job!

  • where can i see the final scene? where he talks by himself?

  • stop posting spam

  • i had to sorry

  • ive never seen the official trailer but if i didnt know better its possible to think this is it! v.good.

  • You have fantastic editing skills. This trailer is better than the actual Psycho trailer.

I used to be so scared of this movie but i saw it and i loved it.

  • My mum took me to the cinema to see this when I was about 8 or 9! I've always loved scary movies so she knew that I wasn't gonna have problems with it, but in the next couple of months she would freak out everytime I took the shower coz it was wet all over the bathroom. I took the shower curtain off coz I was afraid someone is behind!

  • Psycho is an absolute masterpiece - pure film, pure cinema - when you have seen this movie you realize what real sophisticated cinema means - read Truffauts book "How did you do it, Mr. Hitchcock?"

  • @cap2006Al Well said, so few of today's movies are masterpieces like this. Nowadays people think CG driven movies like Avatar are great even though they lack any substance.

  • I´ve never even seen this movie, but hey, everyone seems to love it!

  • I love this movie but I got so freaked out by it, LOL

  • this was done in such a brilliant fashion bravo.

  • hey is very good

  • Man I love Psycho very very much still!

  • soft cell brained people. Stop thinking mad.

  • great trailer for a great movie.

  • awesome-o. he was so cute

  • beautiful trailer!!!!!!! it gets the point across of the movie yet dosent reveal to much! perfect trailer! and beautiful editing with the score!

  • this movie still holds up

  • i love this filmm... lOl makes me crazy :D

  • eep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =0

  • The first time I ever watched PSYCHO my father kept jumping at me and saying Boo!trying to scare me thereby thoroughly ruining my first experience with this remarkable film...something I NEVER forgave him for. Excellent trailer by the way.

  • la uma merdica da porrita de filhas da la puta

  • Does anybody know which music is this?

  • The original score of course.

  • Excellent!!!!!!!!

  • wow, you made a better trailer that the original one, OMG! WOW!

  • @gagagagn3 I DEFINITELY AGREE!

  • Love this movie!! the best ever done...

  • Love this trailer..

    Very well done.

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!! ES UNO DE LOS MEJORES DIRECTORES , ME ENCANTA !!!! Es un genio Alfred !!!!!

  • Brian DePalma has analyzed this scene: its all symbolic, really. Shower represents safety (people generally feels safe when they're taking a hot shower), and then the murder, it of course ruins the 'safe-feeling', its all kind of Freudian (that is, if you believe this theory). If this WAS how Hitchcock intended it, its genious! but otherwise, its kinda bad, and its definately not '2008-materiel'.

  • Modern horror wouldn't exist if it wasn't for this film. Where do you think the term "Slasher" came from? So many elements that are now in modern horror, particularly Slasher films originated in psycho. You don't understand the impact this had when it came out. It had really never been done before. Hitchcock was a genius, in both cinematographic and symbolic terms. The idea of invasion of security barely scratches the surface. Nice trailer btw ;)

  • Well, I thought the movie was good! Only in the end we really understand why it's called "Psycho"! Well-done... :)

  • Okay, I haven't seen the movie, but I really want to after this. Great job!

  • Very good work, however it reveals too much.

  • Exactly

  • Norman Bates is actually kind of hot ;)

  • omg lol i thought that too i didnt admit too it though :L

  • haha!

    but he is! :D

  • haha i know :D

  • Oh yeah! I agree with you =D

  • Absolutely outstanding. I am going to feature this on my Facebook for Halloween!

  • Watch the full movie online for free:

    blogger-films.blogspot. com/2008/10/psycho.html

  • thanks so much for that!!I'm not buying another dvd again!!thanks a lot!!!!

  • so modern reallllllllly good

  • Epic!

  • Incredible work!

  • Excellent work on this trailer!

  • MOTHER

    LMAO

  • this is absolutely brilliant

  • nice trailer

  • great job, excellent trailer for an amazing movie.

  • AMAZING MOVIE. UNBEATABLE. HITCHCOCK AT HIS BEST. great fake trailer!! (:!

  • one of my favourites

  • ooooohh yeah! they made a remake of this movie

  • And in the end he intend it to tell them I killed those girls...and that man.

  • Great trailer. ^_^

  • after we would've been talking and he would've been looking and talking like that, i woul'dve excused myself and ran like hell out of that hotel

  • what year was this movie?

  • 1960

  • brilliant movie with amazing actors!!

  • Great selfmade-Trailer !

  • I love the homage John Carpenter paid to this, amazing, film when he made "Halloween"

    (1978)

Janet Leigh stars in "Psycho", her daughter Jamie Lee Curtis stars in "Halloween" (1978)

and Donald Pleasance's character's name is "Dr. Sam Loomis", and of course Sam Loomis is a characters name in "Psycho"

  • hitchcock!!!!!!!!

  • its1 of the best films alfred hitchcock eva made its a classic like

  • its the best film he made!its really classic!;)

  • this was brilliant, great twist at the end! i've seen all four :)

  • hitchcock is a brilliant man, I think his best best still is "The Birds"

  • ENCORE!!

  • cool video!!!

  • Excellent

  • Nice editing job.

  • I keep watching that movie quite regularly.

  • My freind didn't want to watch the movie. He said that "it looks too old". I showed him this trailer, then he wanted to watch it imediatly. He loved it.

  • Some people are so close minded as Hitchcock was one of the best and they miss out just because they don't watch "old" movies.

That is when a movie was based on plot twists and acting. Not special effects to sell the show.I know how you feel, my husband is the same way. Missing out on all the wonderful classics

  • omg i'm 12 and i like only watch classics! my sister doesn't watch these movies cuz she thinks "black and white is boring" i absolutley cat stand it! only my dad and i watch these movies together and sometimes my friends i basicly introduced them to Hitchcock. He's by far one of my fave directors and my friends think his name sounds gross.....

    they're pervs

  • This was an amazing trailer!!! I loved it! I have to say, I really didn't like the original trailer with Alfred Hitchock touring the set - "Psycho" was a confusing film with a lot of plot twists, therefore it would have been very beneficial for him to reveal some of the plot to his audience beforehand. This should have been the original trailer - Nice work!!!!

  • i totally agree!;)

  • i love psycho i love anthony perkins

  • this trailer is SSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOO good!!!! nice job not destroying the shocking ending to people that never seen it.

  • interesting...

  • SWEETTTTTTT

  • GRRRRRRRREAT!

  • AWESOME DUDE!

  • wow this is really good

  • i remember this movie, i muv it!LOL

  • tihs is so great its almost like a real trailer did u make this on a Mac?

  • I gotta watch that movie!

  • wow you did a good job!

  • Beautiful!

  • Nice!!
