The Wiinstrument is an application for Mac OS X 10.4 which analyzes Wiimote and Nunchuk moves and allows you to play MIDI notes by using the controllers like drum sticks.
The IAC driver is a sort of virtual MIDI device, that enables the user to route MIDI signals between applications (IA stands for Inter-Application). For instance you could set up a sequencer to output MIDI notes to the IAC driver, and have a separate virtual instrument play from it.
What is "Wiinstrument" and what is IAC Driver? both of those are accessed from the wii I'm assuming?
