I know what D does, it downgrades your blaster upgrade, the R is part of a letter system to spell RODIMUS by collecting the letters each level so you can play as him after wining the game with Ultra Magnus (I found out it was not Optimus you play as but Ultra Magnus)

I don't know what the blank ones do... maybe it just for the stupid point system. Also both of your emulators are better than mines and Jedites. The music in Jedites are f*cked up and in mines the flying balls are invisible, level 4 is messed up, and sometimes the music will be f*cked up like Jedites. Thats all. Still... good review.
