not bad, but did you use sterio audio quality for both? the music you used sounds good, but the trailer audio sound like it's Mono, and in an HD world mono doesn't belong anywhere.
Also might have wanted to remove audio from the trailer where it's music picks up since your soundtrack and it's audio don't quite work it comes out sounding like garbled noise.
