Shadow , tails, or knuckles have the best chances of getting in brawl. most likely, only one or two will. Silver would get in unless almost every sonic member is in there.

Their are hacks out there that allow you to put certain models in the game and modify character model's vertices.

We so far have Shadow (ALOT of Shadow imports and model changes to Sonic) Amy (model importing) and Tails (currently just a weird job where Tail's model in Brawl has it's head and tails put over Sonic's)

@metaXzero I know about texture hacking, but for the next SSB. I dont know why i said brawl. I dont object amy being in brawl as long as another sonic character makes it in two. Amy isnt number 2 in the sonic series D:

The Amy one isn't a texture (though their IS a Peach Amy texture). It's a full model import.

As I said though, Shadow and Tails are in it too. Actually Shadow was the first to be put in (5000 times lol) followed by Silver, Amy, then Tails.

for example, Amy's hammer attack against Dedede, you could've redone the lighting on Amy.
