There are many people out there with Cleft Palates. In todays world they are told they should abort the child. I know about birth defects. When we say birth defect, we mean ones that are actually a threat to life. Your side creates drama over things like cleft palates, which is ridiculous. I met a woman once who gave birth as a teenager. Her daughter had a condition which caused seizures every day, the girl could not walk, talk and had to be fed through a feeding tube.

His appendix burst some time ago and when that happens it bursts over all of your organs essentially spreading infection all over. If untreated (which he was) survival is very slim. Illegal abortions are still the norm around the world (I grew up in El Salvador, where abortion is illegal in ALL cases and beleive me, that does nothing to stop it and only hurts low income women with back alley procedures while women with means go out of the country for them).

When you go to the clinic to work/volunteer talk to the pro-lifers. Have open discussion be polite and they will be polite to you. Ask them what kind of help they actually provide women. Sheesh, how could I not know them? Both are nothing short of heroes. Dr. Tiller performed late term abortions for health reasons, saving the lives of mothers who had nowhere else to go. Dr. Leroy Carhahart does not do elective abortions beyond 24 weeks.They risk their lives for their patients. That said, I don't agree with the protestors who use the in your face approach. From all the protests I've seen, they are a small minority. His appendix burst some time ago and when that happens it bursts over all of your organs essentially spreading infection all over. If untreated (which he was) survival is very slim. Taking the oxygen away sped up his death. Much like taking a child away from his mother speeds up their death. 49 yrs vs 3 months....BIG DIFFERENCE.

I wasn't there and don't know every detail, so I honestly couldn't tell you. Regardless, if one clinic manageris in the wrong, that does not mean that PP is in the wrong. Live Action visited *many* clinics and came up with, what, two videos? If I came up with a video that showed a dentist saying/doing some wrong stuff, would that be enough to close all dentist’s offices in America?

Let me tell you something. If I were an employee at a clinic and someone came in and asked about abortions for women being sex trafficked, I would lie. Why? If you tell the person no, then you will never be able to find the women. If you say “I’m calling the cops!” then you might just lose your life. The BEST way to ensure those trafficked girls are found? Lie. Tell the person that I can help. Then call police. When the person comes again, police can be there to arrest them.

Many years ago? Abortion has been around for over 4000 years honey, ancient medical texts all have abortion methods ranging from massage techniques, to herbal remedies to early surgical techniques. Illegal abortions are still the norm around the world (I grew up in El Salvador, where abortion is illegal in ALL cases and beleive me, that does nothing to stop it and only hurts low income women with back alley procedures while women with means go out of the country for them).

Latin American countires where abortion is illegal experience abortion rates that are much higher than most countries where it is legal. Chile and Peru have some of the highest (with no exceptions for rape or life of the mother in Chile).

When you go to the clinic to work/volunteer talk to the pro-lifers. Have open discussion be polite and they will be polite to you. Ask them what kind of help they actually provide women. I haven't called you names either and have been straight up too. Remember I used to be pro life too. I remember most people losing interest once the baby was out. All the "pro lifers" at my clinic, if not trying to debate us, don't usually go past calling us names or telling us we're "souless." Its pretty funny, to be honest. Many of my fellow escorts have been doing so for years and know that virtually none of the antis there go beyond scaring women away from the clinic.

I am currently reading a book called unPlanned by Abby Johnson. She was a employee of the year at pp. She talks about prolifers and prochoicers from BOTH sides of the fence. She does not put either side down. She is open and honest about her 8 years at pp. I think it is VERY unbiased. I would be willing to buy you a copy.

Thanks but no thanks. I heard of her some time ago, according to Texas Monthly, portions of her book may have been fabricated. was pretty seriously pro life due to my upbringing. I grew up in a country where it was illegal and saw the consequences. I know both sides well and have made my decision. I know which side is right to my conscience.

Sheesh, how could I not know them? Both are nothing short of heroes. Dr. Tiller performed late term abortions for health reasons, saving the lives of mothers who had nowhere else to go. Dr. Leroy Carhahart does not do elective abortions beyond 24 weeks.They risk their lives for their patients. Dr. Carhart actually moved to my state not long ago to continue his practice and soon my clinic escort will be helping patients at the new facility.

I have two children. Calling 5 week incubated aborted fetuses children is disgusting.

Here's a thought: if you want abortion to be legal, why not take it a step further and sterilize the women who get them, especially if they have had multiple abortions. Problem solved! The world is over populated. If the doctor's vacuum doesn't get that baby, a plague or famine surely will, and wouldn't it be more humane to save the child from all that suffering? After all, if we decrease our population, there will be more hamburgers for us to eat and the roads will be clear for our SUVs again!
