  • This sounds like Colonel Sanders

  • @smitdog6767

I wish Obama was more like CHester Arthur. LOl

  • While Chester Arthur lived just several years after Thomas Edison invented the record player, no surviving recording of Arthur's actual voice exists.

  • Chester Alan Arthur was born in Vermont and spent most of his life in New York City. Somehow I doubt he would have had a Southern accent. If you're going to do one of these historical spoofs/conspiracy theory videos, do it right.

  • that sounds like dwight schultz

  • It's not real right

  • Some of the best Presidents are forgotten because they didn't do anything to ruin the country. They kept their oath of office to the constitution.

  • pretty good quality for 1880s

  • WWCA Do? LMAO LMAO This is good

  • Millard Fillmore was the most forgotten president. But don't fret Chester, you still have the best mutton chops of any president.

  • How the hell did you get the mouth to move and face and eyes to stretch?? what is that program? I LOVE IT

  • Uh, a Southerner? He was from Vermont! Almost on the Canadian border!

  • Hello Chester, I did not forget you, why? WE ARE RELATED!!! We are family you know.

  • @LTFysgeo You seriously related to President Arthur?

  • @donaldnewton58 No one exists today who is related to Chester Arthur...his only grandson died before he had any children

  • It still is pretty damn impressive use of a computer. It almost looks like the mans voice really is moving as well as the rest of his face.

  • i am going to switch over to family guy

  • The phones and internet are tapped in realtime almost worldwide now. lol.

  • I think this video is really dumb.

YET, I think the animation is awesome! How did you do that?!

  • anyone know why a Vermont born New York politician speaks in a Southern Gentleman voice?

  • gay....

  • Something was done about it in the 1970s, before it was undone by Bush, the Republicans and the majority of Democrats who decided to tag along on the trip back into Homeland Securityville.

Reevaluate2008, are you saying that what was possible in the seventies isn't possible today?

  • With an attitude like that, we can't. If enough people would talk to other people about it, and encourage them to act, instead of throwing up their hands, yes, something could be done.

  • It's not like we can really do anything about it.
