  • of course they make it sound expensive, or potential...because it works, and it solves problems...it's carbon negative, eliminates waste, sequesters greenhouse gasses, and adds to the soil...promising...of course....check out carbon diversion

  • Nice summary of some of the important points, but the report fails to place emphasis on how biochar is an extremely potent soil amendment that has more than doubled crop yields in some trials, and lasts for hundreds or even thousands of years. The report seems to be indicating that this is some sort of expensive green technology that will be costly to implement, rather than recognizing its potential to be the basis of an extremely profitable industry porducing biochar as, basically, fertilizer.
