@ftpaddict Pentax Kx and the Sigma 105mm Macro will run you around 800 new these days including an 18-55mm kit lens.. not 2k dollars.. but if you are spending that kind of money on an SLR and lenses.. you probably aren't ONLY interested in water drops... theres a whole world to capture. Look at this guys portfolio.. he does awesome work and its not just water drops..

I think not. There are already too many water drop pictures anyway, this won't make you any money. Rare shots will! Trust me....I know ;-)

Yes! The result souldnt be good, He must turn to continuous shooting to catch the best moment of action. Do it so by hand hi is late or too fast.
