This ain't Virus TI, this is Vanguard Standard Presets.
If some of you folks want a Virus TI sound you need to buy the Nexus 2 synth and get the Virus TI polar pack, also you can get presets for Andromeda and NORD LEAD aswell, and many other famous hardware synths.
Vanguard does NOT have what it takes to create the sounds of a Virus TI.
@mechwarreir2 if you have the vsti version rather than just the vst it acts as a standalone application, it also come with the dll to put it in the vst folders, but why fl studio it's shit it's ok for beginners, but get cakewalk or buy and mac and get logic if you wanna use this shit,
@grungenaz LOL what's wrong with FL studio. It's used by professionals all the time and you can achieve the same thing that is possible in Pro Tools, Cubase, or Logic.
@ScorchinBeats well correction no pro's actually use FL studio for the whole, daw package they usually take the synths and run it through Logic, Cubase or Cakewalk. but in the industry, Pro tools and Logic and Motu are the ones used lol. Fl studio doesn't have alot of things on it for expirienced producers. it has some good things, but they are only good for beginners,
@grungenaz Ok well you probably haven't worked in the industry but there ARE studios that use FL professionally. I personally am not an engineer or producer or anything, but I know friends that work in big places and not a single one of them said that there's anything wrong with FL. Sure, pro tools is usually in 90% of big studios, but you can create any track in FL Studio that you could in pro tools or cubase. The difference is, it's sometimes more difficult in FL studio.
@ScorchinBeats Infact I do work in the industry, I work for Andy Sneep, well he signs my checks anyway. but I have never come across a pro studio that uses Fl, but I'm sure that there are producers that use FL, we only use FL for the synths and run them through Logic studio 9, then bounce the tracks, to put into Protools for the final song, long process lol
@grungenaz Andy Sneap, that's good (if you're not lying lol) but like I said just because PT is much much much much ^ 50 times more common than FL doesn't mean that FL is non-existant. Name 1 or 2 main features that cannot in any way be achieved in FL studio (I'm not talking minor useless things like TD multiplexing or 2 thousand bit processing)
@ScorchinBeats your right mate about FL, bigger than what everybody thinks, Basshunter uses it and I know for a fact some of eminems tunes are produced in fruity cause i can hear the plug ins such as salyer and sitrus, I find fruity the best for everything!
@ClassicCult Justin Koop is good however I'm better :P
Sneep is one epic Audio engineer, he has amazing ears and can hear wrong things in a mix,
I also have amazing ears not to sound up myself or anything, but have been working with my uncle since I was 13 haha, am 18 now haha but still nice I'd love to work with Koopa :D
Vanguard got crapiest oscs and filters in all vsti world , random free synth sounds better

Yeah I got ya, I was actually using the savi host to run the vanguard...there are better ones but I like this one and its free.

how did you get vanguard to run outside of fl studio? Please tell me how to run VSTs outside of a DAW. Is there a specific soft ware I need to get?
