Don`t Rename the Vorbisfile.dll because its surely re-installing the game.

VORBISBUCKUPFILE.DLL rename it now to Vorbisfile.dll and dont re-installing the game. sorry for my whrong grammar :)

If you people find it crashing on tab+q+e then you most likely didn't replace the .DAT file from the skin folder.

Also if you don't know how to make a backup, right click the original file that you'll be replacing and copy it some where.
