You also have to take into consideration Sprint phone has 30% battery life compared to fully charged AT&T phone, AND look at the signal strength for the phones in the video. Full bars for AT&T, 3 for Sprint phone. So NO, the speed test hereproves nothing. Only that you had a stronger signal on AT&T for your area at the moment.
@iutube131 The bars on the phone does not represent the strength of the 3G coverage it only measures the strength of the voice network between your phone and the tower. It has nothing to do with data speeds.

I know from from experience because I had been with Sprint for 8 years and now I'm with Verizon and I can guarantee you that it does not matter how many bars you have when it comes to data. I had my Sprint iPhone 4S for 2 weeks in most places with full bars and no 3G data what so ever. I was getting 0.03 megs to 0.60 on a average even with full bars but i can voice calls were very clear. With Verizon I get 2.00 megs in most locations without very little lagging.

@bluesamg umm sprint's voice coverage is great, unlike gsm, cdma can make calls with as little as 1 bar and it does not effect quality. Also sprint has roaming deals with verizon and us cellular(most plans now include unlimited roaming) so... yeah :P

The iPhone is running on ATT's "4G" HSPA+ network while Sprint's iPhone is running on Sprint's EVDO 3G network. AT&T may be faster, but they have sucky 3G coverage. I was just up in Ohio over Christmas. Sprint had 3G while my AT&T iPhone was stuck on Edge, it's slower than dial-up.
