if your new at skiing or boarding do not go to cop, unless you enjoy really sore bottoms, cuz its all ice there! go to nakiska or sunshine, better for your money thats for sure!

@pepperkorn3 c.o.p. does suck, yes, but when you said there arent many runs, did you take into account that it's in the middle of the city? or that the elevation is about 500 above sea level? or that it's just not big? didn't think so.......go to fuckin sunshine or louise or some shit instead of complaining about c.o.p.

@Mack1824 uhm nakiska is not all ice ive been there lots and it has not been icy everytime ive been there, but cop is almost al the time, makes it impossibly hard to learn half pipe without hurting yourself ! cop is only good for jibbing and jumping anything else is boring!

i hate it when people compare this to louisr or something though,

COP is great at what it proclaims itself to do,

for an IN CITY training facility and a particularly nice terrain park it does an awesome job.

its no mountain, but it never said it was.

just a nice place to ride, right around the corner

that half pipe is definatly not the best in canada. when i went on it back in 2005-2006 it was all ice. so there was no way for me to get to the top

Yess!! I used to go skiing at C.O.P. alot before i moved.. But otherwiser.. its really cold, but thats good because then you go inside the Lodge to the cafeteria and buy yoursekf a large hot chocolate ;)
