@januarymurray That's probably because you've already completed the 'Nuka-Cola Challenge' quest. If you finish this quest before you talk to the foreman, you can't engage conversation with him. You can still obtain the terminal password and safe key from him by killing him. Unfortunately though, even if you obtain the formula, Goalie Ledoux will never spawn outside the Red Racer Factory if the 'Nuka-Cola Challenge' has been completed, making this particular side-quest impossible to finish.

i normally try my best to make y character look like a soldier, but all u need is ranger battle armor and combat helmet so i guess a hockey mask is fine :)

If you're looking for lincoln's repeater, go to the temple of the union and start the quest "head of state". When your in the museum of history, find the picture of lincoln's memorial that you need, then go left and through the hole in the wall. Near the back left corner in a display case you'll find lincoln's repeater. It does 37 damage fully repaired, and you can repair it with ordinary hunting rifles.

@AmphyBattles if u scan through the passwords ur notice those random signs, sumtimes wen u pick a sign it will highlight a crapload, the two on the end will be parenthesis, if u choose one of these groups it will remove a false password or give u another try

u can wear it with any other headwear if u use the chinese stealth armour infinite headwear glitch that lets u wear as much headwear as u want.
