This strikes me as one of the most ignorant ramblings I have heard in a long time.
1) "Whether we think wind is a source of energy that can't be extinguished, is always there, is not been proven yet." As long as there is sun and the planet keeps spinning, there will be wind. This is grade school science.
2) Farmers don't like wind. It causes crop loss, soil loss, and faster evaporation rates. Farmers build windbreaks all the time.
This is horrible government.
