I'm sorry...I have got to disagree with ya bro. It wasn't the "whites" who unanimously voted for Obama, and got him elected. It was the blacks, and the Mexicans that got Obama elected. Both tend to vote Democrat. The whites tend to vote Republican...so no, you're wrong about that. I work at hospital in a racially mixed low income community. I see America in it's lowest form every day. I'm sorry...I have got to disagree with ya bro. It wasn't the "whites" who unanimously voted for Obama, and got him elected. It was the blacks, and the Mexicans that got Obama elected. Both tend to vote Democrat. The whites tend to vote Republican...so no, you're wrong about that. I have always suspected the same regarding the govts role in perpetuating racial, ethnic, economic inequality as you are touching on here. I highly recommend a book by Thomas Sowell at least on the racial aspect of this, titled "Black Rednecks & White Liberals." He doesn't touch enough on the role of conservatives in this debacle, but there is already plenty of material digging up the dirt on their role from liberal sources. I work at hospital in a racially mixed low income community. I see America in it's lowest form every day. I can tell you that blacks and whites have are both destroying themselves and their community. Though they may pin the blame on somebody else, deep within they know they're responsible. Hey @tmotofga, I'm just wondering why you talk about race so much? I understand that white folks are the majority in the US and most of the world. Why not talk about Asians or Mexicans? This is simply an observation but it seems like black folks are the only race that refers to race in the manner that you do. I could be completely wrong. I'm just curious about you.

I can field that one. For the most part, blacks have accepted a toxic sub-culture, including but not limited to, "baby's momma's", glamorizing crime, glamorizing ignorance (sometimes called ebonics), falling into the "welfare state", pushing race-based thinking rather than critical thinking.
Parts of other races are part of this sub-culture, but blacks are into it in such a high proportion. TMOT is trying to reverse this trend, along with "The Boondocks" writer, and others

Bill Cosby is another famous black to try to stop the trend. They want blacks to want to be doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other commendable jobs, rather than just sports stars and rap artists.
"The Boondocks" has some pretty funny allusions to this, mainly focused on BET's destruction of possible black intellectuals by promoting ignorance and low IQ behavior.

One "Boondocks" episode had BET manager talking about her goal to destroy blacks and she was outraged to have drove past 3 different blacks reading books. "and one of them was smiling", was her last outraged comment.
I hope the toxic subculture does die off and intellectualism is embraced in the black community (that goes for white rednecks too, who have an ignorant way of speaking similar to ebonics). Otherwise, watch "Idiocracy" to see what will happen
