nice FT diesel set i have the santa fe FT passenger set with the trainsounds i added the b-unit and a dummy a -unit to the set when i got the set the seller also gave me axtra streamliner passenger car as part of the deal i can say iv ran that set more then a few times and havent had any issues with it other then in the video the horse shoe clip for the cupler came lose on the inside so when i when backwards i seen the cupler pointing down but other then that its a great set
Great to see a smaller, yet well desigend layout on here. I have been looking for ideas for my first 4x8 layout. I just don't have a 20x40 area to work in! Thanks for posting.
I encourage small operators to share videos of their layouts. Simple set-ups give motivation to wanna-do-its. I'm a wanna-do and so I procrastinate because my plans aren't good enough.
As for this 5'x8', additional O-36 curves at each end would run three trains when the trolley is created.
Personally, I scour YOU TUBE for simple layouts in order to see what can be done WITHOUT ELABORATE SETTINGS to confuse my focus.
@9forgot I'm happy my layout has helped you with yours. I have actually updated the layout a bit. I now have an inner loop and an out loop. You can check it out in my latest Layout update. Good luck with yours hope to see you posting videos soon.
@msdemocrat3rd I only have my original wiring. The layout I have now isn't permanent. We are going to be moving soon so I didn't want to run extra wires and what not.

Trainsounds isn't very high tech. You should get TMCC or Legacy, and have Railsounds, which is much better quality.
