1. Can you sync your iPhone with your PC/Mac using the USB cabel that comes with the case? Or do you need to take it out the case first to be able to sync with itunes.
2. Are you still pleased with the case or is there any other case like Mophie's that you think is a better choice? Because I really like what I see in the Mophie pack.

Do you find that the Mophie Juice Pack air interferes with your iPhone's reception?
I hear that it can reduce the reception by 1-3 bars. Some people say it does, some say it doesn't.

it actually is micro usb and not proprietary you can buy the cables online for mad cheap
