In 1992 Stanely Meyer built a prototype that ran on 100% water injected directly into the engine through the spark-plugs. The spark-plugs were replaced with water-splitters. Burning water produces zero carbon dioxide emissions. The fuel (water) is readily available & several times more potent than petrol (hydro-carbon), so a single tank full of water would get you several times further than a tank of petrol. If you can run a car on water you can run your home on it too using a generator.
